It was very convenient and most of all: very affordable. I didn’t expected it to be that good in terms of equipment in the room for that hotel category and the price. It is very close to a lot of inexpensive restaurants with a very varied choice and like 4 min away from the subway and has a real supermarket around the corner as well (you have a fridge, a microwave and a water boiler in the room!)

I didn’t like that there was no lockers or any room to keep the luggage after check out. I was asked to put my stuff in the corridor, and , even though it is Japan and possibly safe, didn’t want my expensive laptop and other stuff there.

Location was perfect.

To be honest I didn't like breakfasts. They were the same each day and as a vegan I could eat almost nothing what was served. I had to forced myself to each eggs even though I don't do that normally. When I asked for a bigger porstion of the things I could eat my request was refused. The better option for me would be just skip breakfasts and keep the money.

Location , near Ayase station 10 minutes walk , under and around the station there is a few large market and many small ones , restaurants .. the room has a microwave , fridge, mugs ...

They have 3 washer and dryer only, it takes 300yen 30 minutes to wash but the dryer are very bad it takes 500yen 2.5 hours to dry one load and kinda dirty and very busy in the evening some local around the area used them to ...common area in the hotel needs extra cleaning .

The staff were friendly. The location is super close to Ayase station,convenience store.

The only thing i don’t like much about is the smell on the toilet. We hooked 2 rooms and my mom’s room smelled when we first opened the door. Don’t get me wrong the room was clean but there is smell,even in the toilet when using the bidet so we don’t use it.

The rooms are a bit small and I would have appreciated more time in the morning in which to get my room cleaned.

Very quant, small hotel. Nice tidy atmosphere and staff spoke good enough English to help out. Would go back. Keep up the great work. Unlike other hotels they let you pick a comfy 18 degrees Celsius.
