Large modern clean room in a business-oriented hotel. Great location near the station Breakfast served in the dining room on the top floor with views of the city. Nice helpful staff at reception.

The need to check-in through the machines at the front desk, even if there were 3 unused receptionists. But one at least told us how to use the machine. In our room there were 2 units of air conditioning and 2 lights each with its own remote control without English labels, which unnecessarily complicated setting the environment in the room.

Very modern hotel. That's the first hotel that I had that part of the checkin process you get a choose your preferred pillow to take with you. When you reach tghe room you see that there are also pillows on the bed. Breakfast buffet was good and were able to choose both western and Japanese food.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the use of the Onsen. Welcome drink happy hour with range of drinks and Sake tasting enjoyed. Breakfast lots to choose from.

Room was quite small but very comfortable

Well, when you arrive in Japan and the staff is welcoming you with a big smile and is really nice, it is amazing :) but after reaching your room, you can access the Onsen for free, and have free drinks :) it is even better! I recommend it for sure !

We really like how quick and smooth the check-in and check-out procedure was. Also this is my first time staying in a room without roomkey but a passcode. Everything is great for value and the breakfast was quite nice too.

Standard japanese room size.

great stay: very clean rooms, new amenities, small but comfortable onsen, free parking, decent breakfast, good value for money. highly recommend for a stay in saijo. Kana-san at the front desk was super helpful: she spoke great english, provided recommendations for local eats/sights, and helped with Japanese-speaking-only ryokan bookings. thank you!

Wonderful breakfast. Finally one hotel that has proper bread and pastries. The spa is also very nice. And the room was great.

Too far away from the train station (30 minutes on foot).

Modern green hotel. Can choose pillows n lots of amenities to suit guest. Decent healthy breakfast included.

This hotel is doing everything right. The rooms were clean and eco-friendly, the breakfast was plentiful, the receptionists were helpful, there was quality shampoo/soap in my bathroom. They even have an onsen that remains open 24 hours.

Staff super friendly in English. Guests can use dining area freely. We accidentally dropped our food nearby microwave and left oily stains on the curtains. We were terribly sorry for the stains and willing to pay for the cleaning but the staff excused us kindly.
