Loved the convenience to walk out and get on a lift. Runs were not too challenging and great for beginner/intermediate skill level. All of the staff were Great! Close proximity to other ski resorts, so many options. Taught my 6 year old grand daughter to snow board, so this place will always hold special memories. The onsen was great! Breakfast service and food options/quality were very good. Property is a little old, but maintained in good condition. Lift tickets could be purchased at the hotel front desk- avoiding long wait at the outdoor kiosk The on-site rental shop had a great variety of gear that was in really good condition. Room heater had air vents on top so you could dry wet gear- Great! Will consider this place for next year's trip.

A little far from alternate dining options, hotel dinner was a bit on the pricey side- Drove 30 minutes into Hakuba town and had some amazing restruant options. Only one pillow per bed, extra pillows would have made for more comfort.

Ski in and ski out is number one reason why we booked this place, no regrets. Breakfast is also included which was perfect. The Onsen was also great!

Not a big deal and didn't affect our stay at all but the rooms are a little older but other than that we loved it and would stay again! We would also recommend to friends and family. Can't beat ski in and ski out with breakfast provided.

Not many restaurants nearby for dinner but you can take the bus or order

The family room was very clean and nice. We enjoyed the new towels and reset the bedding every day. The staff was nice and helpful.

Hotel facilities were amazing. The room was spacious and perfect for two people. the ski in/out was nice too.

Ski In‘n‘Out, Outdoor Onsen with an amazing view

We booked half board, the breakfast and dinner were fair. It is a ski in and out hotel. Onsen was good with both outdoor and indoor onsen. Room heater works great and can use it to dry your damp gloves and socks

You cannot store your luggage for free on the day of arrival if you arrive early, you must use coin locker. Same for departure day. Toilet bowl was a bit stained

The family room was massive! Even for Japan standards, the pool sauna spa outside is cool as! Staff were helpful, low level English but were in Japan so learn some Japanese.

The beds were floor style, not my vibe but we new this prior.
