The location of this hotel beats everything. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a hotel that close to such an amazing beach which wasn’t at least twice as expensive. If you want peace and quiet, that’s a place to be. The staff working in the hotel are all amazing. The food was fine for us, maybe not a great choice but everything was tasty. We had a Japanese style room, so we didn’t expect it to have comforts of a Western style room, but I did have to sleep on two futons as my back couldn’t cope with just one :)

Obviously the hotel is dated but not to the level when it becomes depressing. It is in decent condition. I would love to have a couple of chairs in the balcony as we had a room with the best view ever but no way to enjoy it for a bit longer as nowhere to sit in the balcony.

It's directly on the quiet tranquil beach, where you can swim and snorkel on your own. The food in the hotel was good. And it's clean overall. The staff went the extra mile and gave us a free late check out. Bonus points also gets the free transfer.

Might be considering a little renovation, since the hotel is a bit worn-out, but that's what keeps its charm and less crowd. Also a little café wouldn't be bad. As far as the extra activities, unfortunately you can't go to rent and use the sup alone (the instructor is always needed) - it would be perfect to have a little freedom with the sup...

The location! You can see turtles every time you go swimming. Even when you don't swim. we saw them come back up to breath very close to the shore, amazing! Good different food options The hotel is old and it shows but it has everything you need in the room (mini fridge, kettle, Air Con). If you don t have a car the hotel does pick up to the port. We had a car so we didn't use it but saw others do. Rental equipment (wetsuit etc) in the hotel Mini convenient store in the hotel. We didn't see anything else when we went in december ( cafe/ restaurant etc) on that beach.

They close the buffet strictly on time, not a minute passed the set time for breakfast and lunch. The breakfast stopped at 8h30, early for us.

Our stay was fantastic!! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and made the stay extra wonderful. The location was perfect! Gorgeous beach right out the back door and very friendly lifeguards. The food they offered was great! Plenty of options and all delicious.

You could tell the facility had been around for a while, but it was perfect for what we needed to sleep and shower after days at the beach! The area doesnt have many other options for food, but you don’t really need it since the hotel provides delicious food! The free shuttle Aharen beach was perfect to explore another area as well!

Keep your expectations low and you will love it! It’s a beach front property. The location is unbeatable and the beach is absolutely gorgeous. I had a wonderful seaview from my room. The property is old and run down but there wasn’t anything I missed. The rooms had everything I needed, the beds were comfortable. The included food (half board) was delicious. The reef was very good and I even saw turtles. If you are looking for some peace and quiet on a beautiful beach, this is the place for you.

The view from the room was stunning and the beach is private so you won’t get crazy crowds which we appreciated a lot! Snorkelling was a dream on this beach. We’ve seen so much ! Staff was beyond helpful and friendly. The surroundings are juste magical!

In the buffet we ate the same thing every day so we were going mad at some point because they had to accommodate our halal requirements which we appreciated however we didn’t enjoy the food at all. The quality didn’t seem great and there not much flavor.

I haven't written a long review before but this one will be, because my heart is full. Tokashiku Marine Village is set on the most wondrous location, directly on Tokashiku Beach. White sand, clear water and a delightful kerama blue ocean with the most spectacular sunset view. Take a dip and swim with tropical fish and magical turtles. Then, take your trash with you, and keep the home of your new friends alive and healthy. The staff at Marine Village were absolutely lovely. Attentive, service-minded, joyful and kind. The hotel offer free shuttle bus to the port, and to Aharen Beach by request. They rent out equipment for various water activities. There is a small shop in the lobby with necessities: beverages, instant noodles, snacks, beach wear and souvenirs. I had breakfast and dinner daily. It is buffet style and the dishes vary from day to day. It was simple and great. (Hope they will consider offering more vegetarian options some day.) I stayed for five nights in the japanese style room with sea view. The hotel would benefit from renovation but I couldn't care less. You're on Tokashiki aka heaven. Grateful. I had the most sensational time. Thank you so much!

Location, location, location! Great snorkelling straight out the front. The rooms were comfy although a little run down but this didn't bother us because we weren't there to spend time in our room. The beds were really comfy though - good and firm. Nice and peaceful away from the town which is what we were after. Eco clean is a good idea to save resources, plus it gave us a free bottle of water each person per day. Buffet breakfast had a good variety of Japanese and Western food. Even when there were only 3 of us staying there, the cook went above and beyond to provide us with a great selection. Staff were friendly and helpful especially Daisuke, this guy is a legend. He has great info on things to see and do in Okinawa and surrounds, he was super helpful and always smiling. Nothing was a problem. We can't thank him enough for making our stay a memorable one. We'll be back for sure.

Buffet breakfast hours ended 9am. Would have preferred 10am so we had time to sit and enjoy our coffee.

The hotel is located in a secluded spot right in front of the beach and offers amazing opportunities to try different activities (snorkeling, SUP-paddling, boat trip with glass bottom…). The staff is AMAZING and super attentive, they made us feel so welcome every time and they help us with everything (shuttling, tours…). The room had a sea view!

The property is very basic and worn down. The food from the buffet (both breakfast and dinner) is always room temperature/cold even when sitting under the warming lamps.

Ideal location, just a few steps from the gorgeous bay with sandy beach. Ideal spot for a peaceful vacation. Very friendly staff. The hotel and rooms are clean but could use a little refreshing. The food is very tasty. There aren't a lot of options, but the quality is verry good. Would highly reccommend to anyone looking for a nice and quiet place to relax.
