The buffet dinner and breakfast were so good!! The onsen was nice and spacious, it had a slight chlorine smell, but otherwise nice - good atmosphere and the sauna was also nice and clean. The room was huge, had a whole area of tatami! Location was good with a car, still doable by foot though, got a free parking although looked pretty full when went out for evening stroll.

The wifi was weak, not enough to buffer a youtube video, but at least it had some wifi. The walls were not soundproof, and could hear the next door room talking and sneezing.

Variety of hot springs, buffet, rooms were very spacious, easy to drive to from Utsunomiya station and from Kinugawa Onsen station. Very close to Edomura (Edo Wonderland), and you can purchase tickets at a discounted price inhouse. Drink bars were good too.

Toilets in rooms had minimal ventilation so they had a minor smell to them which some people found offensive.

The Onsen area is really nice and relaxing. The facilities are a bit old but still very clean and comfortable to use. We enjoyed playing ping pong at night and relaxing in the massage area.

The food could have been a little better but there was still enough choice at the buffet to enjoy our meal.

Onsen was clean with fantastic amenities. One side better than the other so go twice ( on consecutive days).

I very much wanted to buy a Yukata but was not allowed. I think that some international travelers might just take one if not allowed to purchase.

Food, hot springs, and so on…; actually everything is perfect except of wifi.

The wifi signal intensity is really weak in the room.

The room is spacious and comfortable, guest can choose either bed or tatami. the restaurant is cozy and variety of food choice. the onsen is wonderful great too.

the room light if a little more brighter will be more better.
