Wonderful staff who helped us with booking our ski rentals and ferried us to and fro ski resorts. It's almost like our personal transport since it's low season I guess. Everyone was friendly and respectful. We had some hiccups with ski lesson booking which would have ruined our entire holiday if not for the helpful front desk staff. We managed to rebook and do another activity. Even on the day we checked out they arranged shuttle to ski resort and helped with ski return and luggages. The apartment was warm and stocked well. We had our lunches at the hotel cafe and plenty of choices for dinner in 5 mins walk.

Our stay at Chatrium Niseko was fantastic. Our room was incredible - much larger than expected, stocked with many breakfast supplies to help us start our day off well, with fantastic views of the resort, and the beds were so so comfortable! It felt like a luxury stay. Loved the shuttle in the morning and the ski storage area, and the convenience of being able to return our ski rentals in the hotel. There was a great cafe in the hotel, and we had dinner at Temporada (also within the hotel) and it was so delicious. The staff were also a highlight. They were so friendly and helpful, and they spent so much time helping us ship our luggage to Tokyo! We would highly recommend staying here if in Niseko!

Chatrium was in a great location in the village for shops and convenience stores, with a Lawson a few mins in one direction and Seicomart a few mins in other. The hotel shuttle ran a frequent service to/from the gondola station up the hill, and collected us upon arrival at Welcome Centre once I phoned them. The room and bathroom were reasonably spacious and very clean. Kitchen had good amenities. Beds were very comfortable but unfortunately the main sofa was broken, so it sagged into the middle. For skiers, the large boot room and lockers were great, and the Rhythm rental outpost was handy for returning our gear at checkout. Loved both Temporada and Green Farm cafe, food was excellent at both. And hugely appreciated the few groceries that were provided on arrival, it was unexpected but meant we had provisions for breakfasts which was very thoughtful. Lastly the view of Mount Yotei from our balcony on 5th floor was magnificent !

On check in I asked the young woman if she could please assist us with booking a transfer on the day of checkout 4 days later. She said she would email me or send a message with costs of both local bus and a private transfer. I never heard back from her. Secondly, the dryers in the communal laundry on 5th floor were terribly inefficient and despite two lots of 1 hour drying our clothing were still very damp. And I had cleaned out the filter first. Lastly, the street noise below was pretty bad every night. From 11.30pm-2am we had party-goers wandering past loudly shouting at each other, then from 4.45am every morning the diggers started up outside clearing the snow. The glazing obviously not sound proof at all!

Wonderful and friendly staffs, location was super convenient, dedicated shuttle to the gondola throughout the day, if could opt to walk 5mins to get to the family chair if you wished. Boot dryer room was good. Rythym counter was good you could just leave your rentals with them before you leave. Unfortunately if you wanted to have your rentals or own equipment waxed/tuned they could only offer taking it up to the base but you would have to go up to rythym base to pick it back up the next day. Washer/dryers located on each floor. Wide variety of room amenities even had a microwave which Aya’s 2bdrm didn’t even have. Restaurants and cafe within the building, as well as the location is right next to dozens of food trucks.

Although the property was supposed to be non smoking I could still smell some occasional cigarette smoke even with my windows closed. Dryers took forever to dry the clothes, and without a remaining time display it was a nightmare to have to keep checking to see when the clothes would be done. As well as waiting without a clue when other peoples clothes would be finished. Our master bedroom air con had some issues and kept making some loud rattling sounds after our 3rd night. Had to just switch it off altogether and left the door open to sleep. Mattresses were a bit worn out after so much usage I suppose. Two of the 4 in our room were sunken in the middle making it rather uncomfortable to sleep in.

The free car park is just below the hotel which is very convenient during the cold weather. There is also a well covered area foe unloading your luggage at the porch on street level. The reception staff is awesome, he even helped to bring the luggage up to the room. The room is large and comfortable with a kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, full kitchen utensils neatly kept in a very well designed kitchen counter. I had a very nixe view , however it was cloudy and snowy. There is a laundry room along the hallway with 3 washing machines and dryers which came in very handy. Location of the property is easy to spot, along the main road.

This is a service apartment so understandavle why there was no breakfast or dining places within the property. You can grab some supplies to prepare meals or there are some restaurants within walking distance and you can explore further if you drive. I had a twin single bed, it was a little too small for me to toss around, it would have been nice if it were a super single as the room was very large for 2 single beds.

Location is excellent, walking distance to multiple food options. Shuttle for skiing was very easy, we used it everyday. Free ski lockers and boot dryers were a major bonus. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Coffee shop located in the hotel was awesome, a little pricy for the area, but food was really good.

Restaurants on site were over priced and had limited menus. Much better food options around the city.

Everything about chatrium niseko was perfect! Perfect location in hirafu close to bus stops, grocery stores, retail shops and the gondola! Hotel shuttle buses were fantastic, staff were super friendly and always helpful including helping us book a cab to Kutchan after checkout. Additionally the studio room was so comfortable and homely, we hope we'll be able to come back to staying again in the future! Thank you chatrium!

Very nice property. The aroma therapy was great when you walk in especially after a 2 hours drive from Chitose airport. Staff were great - friend and helpful. Clarissa, the manager (Thai gentleman) and the other reception staff were fantastic to chat with. Wish we had more time here. Accommodation was spacious and very comfy. Kids prepared our meals and laundry on every flor was great. Love it!
