The room was spacious and comfortable. Good breakfast and easy to access both mountains. Onsen was tucked away but it was really good.

We booked our stay with a child, but other than the first night, our child's yukata/pyjamas were always collected but never replaced. When we requested from the front desk, couple of times it never appeared or took a reminder call.

The room was very big in duplex style with superb view (as it was ski resort). There was enough room area for kids to enjoy their time. There was an outdoor onset, including indoor, to relax after a long day activities.

Because of duplex, it was a bit dangerous for children. As well as the bathroom was on the downstair while the bed room was on the second floor. It was not convenient in this situation.

Clean, spacious and good facilities. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. A really nice friendly atmosphere.

The rooms were fabulous, however having the bedroom at the top of a very long staircase with no toilet facilities next to it, it felt a bit dangerous to go to the toilet down all those stairs in the middle of the night.

Lift to the hotel from the ski resort, ski locker next to the entry, convenient stores 5-minute walk from the hotel, the onsen, the view is spectacular from the room, ...

They need to vacuum behind the entry door of our room and also vacuum better the carpet upstairs. I had to in form the reception after the second day.

Well appointed room. Spacious! We were upgraded! And the beds and pillows were so comfortable. Service is impeccable.

The air conditioning in the upper room did not seem to work too well. Even though it was winter, we prefer to have a cooler room for sleeping. One room worked well but not the other. Overall still a great stay!

Clean and large rooms. Good onsen on site and free access to the neighbor hotel pool and renovated onsen.

On site restaurants too expensive. Queue in the morning for breakfast. Some foreign guests not respecting the rules of the property.

The hotel is beautiful, the room is spacious, with a nice view and a comfortable bed. The resort hotel's services are free and easily accessible by monorail. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Amusement park, rafting, hot air balloon, onsen, indoor and outdoor pools - we loved everything! We would love to come back anytime!

The Westin is an exceptional hotel with Apartment style rooms. Our apartment was huge. Ours was a loft with bedrooms upstairs and downstairs where we had a big lounge, kitchen, separate toilet, bathroom and shower. We had incredible views of the snow and mountains. It was extremely comfortable particularly after a big day of skiing. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. In partular Faustine Chadaillac on reception was wonderful. She checked us in and provided us with all of the information we needed. She even helped us hire Ski gear and arranged our lift tickets. Nothing was a bother and she always did it with a smile. The location was great but you needed to catch the monorail to the slopes. The breakfast and dinner buffets in the Atrium were exceptional. Even room service was quick and tasty albeit a lot of the meals were small. The Japanese restaurant Kazahana was delicious. The hotel and the restaurants were well worth the splurge.

The proximity to ski fields was very convenient and the split level room a pleasant surprise. The onsen was great.

There was a good variety of restaurants in the hotel but we would have enjoyed trying some more authentic budget dining options.

wonderful breakfast. the staff everywhere was so kind and helpful. the room was really cool with a split level and the kids love the Murphy beds too.

-we needed an extra bathroom and even upgrades didn’t have two bathrooms -line for a table for breakfast everyday was so long and not fun way to start your vacation day. - ski lift is not super close and not ski in and ski out as advertised. -no microwave or dishes in room to make any food. -dinner choices very expensive and difficult with kids.
