We are a family of 4, carrying two teenagers. The apartment is just in walking distance to Rusutsu resort and equipped everything you need for daily life. Staying here is just like staying at home, very comfortable, and relaxing. Also, there is a staff carrying us to and back from ski resort. This is our first time choosing an apartment rather than 2 separate hotel rooms, and we will definitely choose it again if we are back in Rusutsu again. Great accommodation for a family or group of friends.

Wapura provided the best skiing experience we have had. The owners and staff were helpful, courteous and obliging. The accommodation was thoughtfully and functionally laid out and the place had a quality feel to it with quality appliances too. there is a nice big living area and plenty of room including a bench to put your ski boots on. A lot of planning and care went into creating this beautiful place. Well done Richard and Brian for creating a fantastic base to ski from and thanks Nao for shuttling us on time, every time. You’re fantastic hosts.

The property is in a great location and within walking distance of the ski resort. The house was clean and prepared for us and had all of the resources we could possibly need upon arrival and during our stay. The management and staff are super friendly and happy to help with any questions or requests needed.

The place was clean, new and definitely worth what we paid for it. We had an amazing time in the 8 nights we spent there and will definitely return if a shuttle service was in place. The quick and helpful host, Richard, certainly went above and beyond in making our stay exceptional. The only reason why the place isn't a 10/10 is due to lack of transport to and from the mountain.

The residents of Wapura could REALLY use a shuttlebus to ferry their guests back and from the mountain. The walk to and from the lifts/gondola were a good 15mins with ski/snowboard gear. You MUST rent a car or I guarantee you'll dread the the walk.

The house was well equipped and very comfortable. The house was the perfect temperature upon arrival through to departure, regardless of the weather outside. The hosts were super responsive, helpful and friendly! We'll definitely be back.

Great setup for our family of 5. Beautiful private location only minutes away from ski resort. Excellent communication with manager. Super big drying room for all our snow gear. Very clean, furniture set up was practical. Will definitely stay again!

Extra lounge seat would be good for more than 4 people.

Comfortable and clean Good location Nao was very kind and friendly. Drove us to the supermarket and up to the resort each morning. Would stay there again.

Good location, just 8-10mins walk to the resort, many restaurants near by and two convenience stores. I think the house might be recently renovated so it was lovely new and clean, the view from the window is a plus. Also they have the best management team and staff! super helpful and efficient, I left a few things behind, staff managed to hand over those items to my friend stay in other hotel on the same day. Thanks a million to them!

Lovely house, small but has everything you need. Walking distance to the Rusutsu Hotel and Convention Centre. Host was very helpful. They offered a shuttle service to the ski areas. Driver was very helpful.
