Location. Have stayed in many Apa hotels hence I booked apa again. The staff provided top notch service and were always very attentive , helpful and welcoming.

The size of the room was cramped but this expected I guess. The air con vents blew directly onto the table hence I was unable to enjoy a drink there as there as the cold air was making me feel chilled. The restaurant did not allow me to pack breakfast for my children who overslept.

Staff was very friendly and check-in and check-out were all straightforward. It's a bit of a distance from the main tourist spots, but the station is about a five-minute walk away so that's not really an issue. Lots of options for food nearby and there's a Don Quijote just a few steps away!

Nothing I can really complain about. While the room is small by Western standards, it was actually slightly bigger than the other places I've stayed at while in Japan.

Good position at few meters from the Tennoji station, there is a 7/11 just a few meters from the hotel and there is also a Don Quijote shop a few meters from the entrance of the hotel. The staff at the reception is extremely polite and very helpful , probably the best service i ever experienced in an Apa hotel. The structure is very clean and the view from the window was pleasant. I will use this hotel again in my next trips to Osaka.

The location was fabulous. It took me 5 minutes to get from my room to Tennoji station. The breakfast was good, though it is exactly the same every day, so you might not want to eat there every morning if you are staying a while. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The trains are noisy during the day, but it never kept me from falling asleep immediately when going to bed. They don't run all night, so it wasn't a problem for me.

It’s super close to the Tennoji Station, but the exit nearest to the hotel doesn’t have an elevator (the only lift we found was inside the shop/drugstore nextdoor, but it closes at a certain time, so plan ahead if you hace big luggage). The bed was comfortable. The staff was really nice. The room is indeed small, but we managed.

This Hotel located at a strategy area, walking distance to Tennoji Station, one of the station accessible to many place in Osaka with multiple train line, include JR Line, Osaka loop line and many more... and is walking distance to Kintetsu, Tennoji MIO, Qs Mall and ... , nearby there is Tennoji park and Tennoji Zoo, can even walk further to Tennoji ward and Tsutenkaku ...

Only comment of this hotel is the aircon is too warm

Very convenient location and my unit was super clean and all the people work there seem very friendly! Towels , bedding were very fresh and well cared ! I’m small so for me was great but if anyone is large then may feel As little bit small!

location is perfect, room was good and the luggage handling was good.

staff didn't speak English at all, they couldn't book a taxi to the airport, just said no. Weird, isn`t it? We did book a room via Booking.com, since the hotel is using Booking.com, we perceived hotel`s receptionists must speak English somehow. But, they all didn`t speak English, seemingly, all Chinese staff who speak Japanese only and not helpful at all, not willing to help as well.

Excellent location for transportation, shopping and restaurants . Quite spacious and not as bad as other guests mentioned. Staff at Reception counter always greet us with big welcome smiles.

Some noise while trains are moving through railway , but acceptable with window closed.

I booked this hotel because it is minutes from Tennoji Station and Osaka Abenobashi Station. The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable.

The room is a bit on the small side but to be expected for the very reasonable price.
