As is common in Japan, the western-style rooms were small, but were VERY comfortable and clean with a GREAT bathroom. The staff is so friendly and prepare a free morning coffee any style, and allowed us to fill half their hallway w/our bags while waiting to check in at 3 0'clock. (yes that is what the name means haha) Ideal pet-friendly hotel if you're traveling with your dog. Very close to Tennoji Station so convenient from anywhere in Japan. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Nothing to dislike here! We stayed here on our first and last nights in Japan, and would stay here again if we ever return to Osaka.

This is a much bigger room than where I stayed in Tokyo. Owner and staff were friendly. As we did't need them to clean the room everyday, there were fresh towels left outside the door early in the morning. Welcome drink was served in the room which was a very nice gesture as we were tired from the travelling. You could choose your drink from a coffee menu.. very yummy coffee they had. It was raining one evening and owner offered an umbrella to us :) Very nice cozy boutique hotel :)

The bathroom/cubicle is big but is a step higher than the wash basin and toilet. So it may not be suitable for older people.

Close to tennoji , the park & a good supermarket. Single rooms were very spacious & free water bottle every towel change was lovely. Staff were so friendly & had a little coffee machine& free drink vouchers.

A more simple hotel than a regular japanese one (basic washing facilities, no vending machine inside & limited reception times). Didnt like the rubber slippers they provided, so bought my own.

Very friendly owners / staff. The room was spotless. Had a welcome drink on arrival in the little cafe. There's a decent view from their terrace. It's well located for the park and transport.

A little twee for me and bed a little soft. ( I prefer a hard bed). Unfortunately, the terrace was locked at night. I wanted to sit and read up there under the stars.

The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, even for Japanese standards. The little dog Oreo tops off the lobby atmosphere. We had an issue arriving in Osaka on time for check-in due to an accident, but the staff waited for us and cheered us up. We also had different group members stay a different number of nights, which was perfectly accommodated. Our room had a large bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub, too. The location is perfect, a few minutes from the Tenoji station which has direct connections to the Shin-Osaka Shinkansen station, Kansai Airport, and Nara. The station itself is a huge shopping center, with a zoo and the Shinsekai quarter a few minutes away. Every guest also gets a complimentary welcome drink from the bar! (And the chocolate waffles are great)

I usually find some nitpick, but here, there is none.

The room was wide, and had a space for a sofa to relax too. The cleanliness of the room and even the toilet makes it a really pleasant stay. The bathroom had the toilet and bathroom separated, and the bathtub was a pleasant surprise. Not to mention that you get a welcome drink during check in. I am truly amazed that the room is like unlike a standard hotel room, but it feels as if you are living in a house in Japan.

There is no breakfast provided like a normal hotel. But with the nearby food options available, the space to stay was a great deal indeed.

Clean room. The owners seem to have a famous pet: their dog is displayed on dog snacks and other dog items. The location is excellent: close to the station. Bring earbuds along as there’s traffic outside and the walls are fairly thin.

A bit outdated concerning furniture. Fairly hard bed.

The location was great. The staff were very friendly. Check in was fuss free. We arrived later than their closing time (10pm) but we were still able to get into our rooms very quickly. Check in was only done the next day morning. The rooms were very decent and comfortable.

The wifi was slow and somewhat weak. I could not get wifi for my laptop in some parts of my room on the 3rd floor. The sound insulation from the road was also somewhat poor. One can easily hear the beeping noise from the carpark gate just beside the hotel.

Hotel 3O'Clock Tennoji was just a few minutes walk from JR Tennoji Station, Tennojiekimae, and Osaka-Abenobashi. There were also nearby convenience stores and restaurants. There was a welcome drink from their cafe! The room itself was a good size, with a refrigerator, table and chairs, slippers, hangers and hooks, wastebasket, and outlets on each side of the bed. The toilet and bath was surprisingly spacious. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrush, hair dryer were provided. Towels and bottles of water were provided daily. There were also other toiletries available (for free!) at reception. Washing machine and dryer available for a fee. Microwave also available (free to use). The hotel had an elevator. The owners were very kind and though they could not really speak English, they had a translation app.

We liked how convenient this hotel was to the train station. However, the room we stayed at was facing the street with a bus station was it was quite noisy until midnight. There was also no air conditioning available in winter months.
