The staffs are super helpful and the facilities are awesome. Free drinks, free arcade room, massage chairs, etc. Every evening, staffs would also rearrange the dinos toys around the hotel and it was so cute to watch. It is very appealing to children but I really liked it too. It was just very wholesome to see happy plushies in arcade room or just around the hotel in general. There is just so many attention to details too. The main bedroom light and reading lights, and charger cables provided are just at the headboard. The shower has very good water pressure and temperature settings are just perfect. For context, we like to shower in extreme temperatures.

The room that we booked for turned out to be a little smaller than expected. With that kind of price, I would expect a little more room for two of us to move around and prepare for the day. The blinds/curtains for the bedroom were weird and I may have been too dumb to know how to pull it down again. The window isn’t see-through either so we couldn’t get any outside view. That said, I had a very good night sleep with A/C on! The annoying thing is the auto lights at the entrance don’t have a switch or timer to adjust so if you are out to grab something, lights can still penetrate the bedroom.

This hotel was slightly crazy but in a good way. When we booked it, we didn't realize what it actually came with because the list of facilities and services was so long and unusual. Tea time, dinner, roof top bar with lights and dinosaur egg cocktails. Actually, a lot of dinosaur things decorate all the facilities, so if you enjoy dinosaurs, it is a pleasant surprise. There was free karaoke, free drinks, free tea, free massage chairs, free retro arcade games... there was a play zone for children, but we didn't test that, but peeked inside and it looked nice. There was also a free movie theater showing films, but there was so much to do that we didn't stay for long. I got the feeling that this hotel never wants you to leave. But if you do leave, the location is really great - you have easy access to public transportation, and there is also a lot of shopping in the area, as well as the Abeno Harukas 300 observation deck really close by (where you can also see the hotel from.)

Our room was a little small, but that's because our big bed was so big (and comfortable), so it was not really a big problem.

We loved taking it easy at this hotel, especially after running around Tokyo and Kyoto for 9 days. We spent the last 3 days of our holiday in Osaka and selecting this hotel was a good choice. Loved the free ramen and other snacks, the massage chairs, the heat stone spa, the karaoke rooms, etc. The location was excellent too, there’s a direct train from Tennoji to the airport and Dotonbori is about 10 minutes away by subway.

The room was a bit small (typical for Japan though). The Bali theme of the hotel is very stylish but the dinosaurs were an odd addition—maybe the hotel is trying to cater more towards families? Nonetheless we liked staying at this hotel.

Absolutely loved this hotel, the decor was fantastic, there is so much complimentary facilities such as the massage chair, the gaming room with table tennis, darts and arcade games, the drinks, toiletries and laundry facilities. We were really made to feel special, given vouchers for souvenirs, afternoon tea (which unfortunately we didn't get time for). The room was nicely decorated and I quite liked the layout and also enjoyed the Bluetooth speakers.

Very little, only some minor points. We attended a BBQ on the roof top which was enjoyable but I do wonder if the meat could have been marinaded before hand just to give some more flavour. The darts and ping pong bats were in quite poor condition and likely need some attention or replacing.

Very friendly staff. Capable in English, especially at Front Desk. Lots of extras, including some meals and alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks, included. Easy access to one of the main JR stations in Osaka, first stop on express train from airport, also on the Metro, so easy access to the city. Room included a soaking bath, nice after a long day of walking around, and a variety of bath salts were available for free in the lobby. 3rd Floor lounge very nice for hanging out with free drink or use hotel comp for a meal.

Down a side street away from the main attractions in the Tennoji neighborhood, only a couple blocks but don't expect a nice view. Room was very small, sufficient, but a bit cluttered because they have crammed everything in. It took a bit of rearranging to make space for our luggage. Room good for sleeping and soaking, not for hanging out.

It was our second time staying with Hotel Bali Tower Osaka Tennoji. We like it because: 1. Location (Tennoji is quite easy to commute to other popular places, and airport access) 2.The Japanese room style ( bathroom and toilet separated). The bed is also very comfortable 3. A lot of complimentary goodies

I was hoping it was a bigger room, which last time there was a sofa in the room, so it was relatively bigger compared to this room. And i couldn't tell when booking, as it wasn't stated on the website. But still it is enough for two of us with small luggages.

Very nice hotel, lot's of amenities and free goodies! The hotel provides free drinks, ice cream, karaoke time, arcade room and daily snacks (takoyaki or tea time) which is great value. A quick 3 minute walk from the nearest station, close to a bunch of shops, restaurants and konbini as well.

Rooms have everything you'll possibly need but might feel a bit narrow and crowded if you have big lugagge. Still, this is quite normal for japanese hotels.

The friendly staff. Very accommodating to our needs with food being vegeterian. Smiling and always greeting everyone. Their friendliness made the stay more comforting. The hotel itself is good. Food was nice. The afternoon tea was great with the sakura and strawberry theme at this time of year. Lots of teas to choose from at the buffet section. Free drinks from soft drinks to Alcoholic, beer, coffee teas, and various others. Would stay again when visiting Osaka in the future. The hotel is near is Tennoji train station 2 minute walk from stations exit with 2 streets to choose from. Lots of food near by. Located near tennoji park/zoo. Can walk to Hitachi tower from hotel for iconic pictures. Great hotel great location.

Wish the toilet room was a little more roomier for bigger guy like myself but other than that nothing to say.

The facilities here are amazing, particularly for a family. We had a family room which was super comfortable, equipped with everything (or more) than you need - kitchen, generous bath, massage chair, huge TV. Then there was free karaoke, a games floor, free drinks, food etc. It was really well located to JR Tennoji Station which is good for the airport and to get to other areas of Osaka. The Shinsekei area, and Abueno Hurekas just close by are also really fun.

Nothing. I mean the decor is a bit brown, but nothing else.

Interesting conception for a hotel if you have kids because it has a lot of going on for kids and their parents. Close to metro station Tenaji (the red line and the other with the good exits - 16 and 17 only!! The first time, we got out following exit 4 or something, and it was not easy at all to find the hotel.

Sound proof ok but not ok when kids jumping non stop on the floor above you from 7 am to 9:30 am...
