The hotel location is excellent to the JR Tennoji Station as well as Kintetsu lines. You can approach the hotel elevator from the underground level B2 or street level or mezzanine level. We had singles which were adequate for us. The staff is excellent if you have questions and were helpful to our needs. There is no self laundry at this hotel, but have takkyubin services to transport luggage or boxes to another hotel destination.

The clothing rack was a bit cramped. The small table and chair could be eliminated in the single room for more luggage space against the wall.

The location was great, close to the subway station, mall and park. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also got breakfast a couple of times and was pleased with the quality. They had a lot of Japanese dishes, so beware of that if it's not exactly your cup of tea.

There was a bit of a bad smell in the rooms, even though we ventilated them a lot. The air purifiers must not have had their filters changed in a long time, because they worsened the problem. Some of the objects/fittings in the rooms were quite old and worn out. The adjustable lights near the beds didn't always function properly and would flicker most of the time, which made them pretty annoying to use.

Excellent location - just next to metro and train stations, perfect location if you’re traveling to other places like Nara. Plenty of restaurants and mall and department store nearby. Room is not big but sufficient space for 2 persons. Daily housekeeping is a plus. Comfortable bed with soft and hard pillows to meet individual preferences. Staff are polite and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great luxurious Hotel, when I was booking the Hotel, I thought this was just a regular hotel, 2 maybe 3 stars, turns out it was a 4 star hotel! Everything in the hotel is luxurious, and the room has amenities for things I have no idea what they are for. I may be a simple man, but the staff still made me feel welcome.

Entrance can be a bit hard to find for the first time. Google Maps will send you to a part of a shopping Mall, and from there you need to a bit of a side part of the mall, and take an elevator up, however the elevator isn't properly marked as being for the hotel.

The location was excellent! It was raining that day, but since we came from the airport, all the way to the hotel, it was all walkable undergrounds, without having to get rained on, so it was nice! Many shops around Tanoji, and the transport was easy to be used to get around Osaka. The room was small in size, but the bed was big comparing to average Japanese hotels.

The room is spacious compare to other business hotel in Japan. The bath room has a full size bathtub and come with all amenities - tooth brush, comb, cotton pad, shaving kit, etc. The room can fit 2 luggages and 2 carry on. The bed is comfy. The location is superb, you can just take the elevator down to the subway station. The hotel linked to Midosuji metro line, JR line and Kintetsu line. The breakfast has good variety of food from local food to western food.

Close to Tennoji Station, literally right next door to Abeno Harukas 300, and within east walking distance to Shinsekai and the Hitachi Tsutenkaku TV Tower. Location, location, location!!

The A/C unit had one mode: heating. The rooms were quite dry and the humidifiers provided were a little old and didn’t get the humidifying job done. (Granted, we visited in the wintertime but still…)

This is our 2nd stay in Trusty. The location is excellent with lots of eateries and shopping malls nearby. It is located near Tennoji station easily access to lots of attractions and more importantly just 30 mins express ride to airport.

The sound proof is not so good. You can hear your neighbour talking 🤭. The rest is fine.

Great Location right beside Tennoji Train station. Good sized quiet comfortable rooms. Friendly efficient staff who speak English. It is beside two large shopping centres and plenty of convenience stores. The reception is not on ground level but is accessible via the pedestrian bridge from the train station. It is also across the road from the Abeno Haruka 300 viewing platform (ticket office on 16th floor), If you go up late in the afternoon you can see the sun set and the city lights come on.
