The location was perfect. There is direct access from the Tennoji station by elevator to your room. The Tennoji station was easy to navigate and provided quick access to anywhere in Osaka. The front desk spoke limited English, but was very eager to help me in making my stay more comfortable, finding a close currency exchange, and the train station (which turned out to be right across the street) to the airport. The room was very comfortable and quiet.

The room was a bit warm for my taste, but that is a personal preference. There was an air conditioner/dehumidifier in the room that helped provide a more cooler environment.

Location is fantastic, directly connected to the Tennoji/Abenobashi station complex and right by multiple department stores with restaurants and cafes. The room size is excellent, bigger than most Japanese hotels with a similar location. The room was spotlessly clean, even if the hotel is showing its age. Lots of storage available for clothes.

The hotel and rooms could do with a refresh. While everything is clean, walls are scuffed and the bathroom has water/limescale stains and the occasional rust mark. Windows aren't soundproofed, so if you're a light sleeper you might struggle with traffic noise. With so much public access to the hotel building, I'd have appreciated keycard-only access in the lifts to floors with rooms.

The location, the room space and the breakfast food selection

The bed was not made although there was replacement of towels and amenities refilled. We wish the check in staff could be more friendly and speak better English for better help to hotel guests providing more information about the convenience at nearby places. We only discovered the hotel basement can access to the subway station which the hotel staff did not say a word.

The hotel is opposite Tennoji train station so it's an ideal spot if you're going to travel around a bit. Easy access also to the Metro. The room was a reasonable size but as usual a rather cramped bathroom with shower over the bath. Bed was pretty OK.

The main complaint would be the poor air conditioning with very limited control over room temperature. The hotel has a centralized system and the only way to get the temperature down was to use the dehumidifier constantly. Windows could not be opened to moderate the temperature.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. First of all, the location is SUPER!!! Literally right across the station of Tenoji (like 2 mins walk!!) If you are traveling with big luggage there will be no problem at all to move around! The staff is very helpful, the building is well-connected to all other department stores and restaurants. To be honest, you don't even need to step out of the hotel to survive a week!! I love the old-fashioned deco in the room, which reminds me of some childhood memory. The bed is very comfy. As a light sleeper, I slept quite well. I'd definitely return!!! By metro, within 15 mins you can go to the most touristy places in Osaka.

The hotel was in a great location, with direct access to shopping and the train station in the basement! The room was a larger room than typical of Japan, but we were a family of 5 that booked the room with 4 beds. This worked perfect for us. We drove and parked our car and there was plenty of ample parking, and the price was 2100 yen a night. We feel the price of the room matched it perfectly and will stay there again the next time we're in the area.

Great spot to enjoy the massive suburbs-style shopping area as well as the Izakayas in the back streets towards Shitennoji temples area. The second floor leads directly to Abeno Harukas shopping towers, a neat Muji and a yummy Sushiro kaiten sushi joint. Plus easy walk through the park to Shinsekai. Its a way to avoid the crowds at Namba area, Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi.

Great location next to major JR Station, including the closest station to airport on Haruka train (Express Train). Being close to the train station, meant it was easy to get around Osaka with connections to other parts of Japan. Great breakfast.

Hotel had just changed to heating rather than cooling so it took a bit to get rooms cool enough to be comfortable.

Room was dated but spacious and clean. Good breakfast spread. Close to subway, trains and bus to Itami Airport.

Can be a bit noisy especially from louder sounding vehicles.

Very convenient. Located next to JR, Kintetsu stations and on airport limousine bus route. Surrounded by shopping and restaurants. Excellent facilities, clean and quiet. Good breakfast

They wouldn't let us check in early, though one our group wasn't feeling too well. They are too strict on policies. Need to be more flexible to accommodate guests who have traveled overnight.
