New, modern, clean, great location, close to the train station/subway (3 min walk, we walked with our luggage just fine - easy walk - use exit 5 from Namba Station, it’s got escalator). There’s a nice cozy (small) community room on the 2nd floor (got microwave, vending machines (with food as well) and smocking room. The rooms are specious enough, nice design, good bedding.

Self check in needs to be fixed - I paid in full via Booking com but at the check in the machine requested the payment - the personnel at check in has fixed it quick though (which we appreciated), but if you check in outside of their business hours I am not sure what you would do. Regarding the room, the bed itself is small for 2 tall foreigners (bearable for a short stay though, but might be a problem if you stay longer than 2 nights). Noise cancellation is 50/50 - we didn’t hear the noise from the street, but we could hear our neighbors.

New and modern hotel 6min away (walking) from Namba Station. The room was very clean and really spacious - the biggest we had in Japan and normal size by European standards. The double bed was queen size, again normal in Japan. The hotel clearly has sustainability in mind, but makes sure guests have all necessary amenities and facilities at all times (towels and water are delivered daily while cleaning is done once every 4 days - may not be normal in other countries but is a trend in Japan). It was a surprise to see that complimentary breakfast was offered. This was outside of hotel premisses (2min walk) and good enough considering it was free! Given the location, clean and modern room, great value for money!

The hotel is very new and clean. Toilet and bathroom are modern and new. Room is quite spacious. There’s no staff during check out but we can store our luggages after checking out at another building (5-min walk). Walking distance to everything.

Size of the bed is quite small for a couple. Also, no complementary water.

Not sure if we missed the room cleaning schedule? Our room wasn’t cleaned (even though one of the days we went out at 10am) and when we got back, we were only given clean towels hung outside our door.

The hotel is new, so it doesn’t feel worn out overall. On the first night, I stayed in Room 702 (18 sqm), it felt neater. On the second night, I stayed in Room 1002 (19 sqm). Although it was slightly larger, I didn’t really notice the difference, I guess 1 sqm doesn’t make much of an impact, lol. In fact, it felt a bit more worn, probably because I had the first room as a point of comparison. We also received complimentary breakfast that weekend at their main building (about a 3-minute walk away). We only ate there on Sunday, but it was a nice touch and added to the experience. During our stay, I met one of the staff, Muchi, who was helping out, he's incredibly gifted with languages and was such an interesting person to chat with. Overall, the staff were friendly and their assistance was helpful throughout the stay.

There was construction on June 5th at around 11:04 PM, some drilling that lasted a few days. It sounded like it was coming from the main road, so not much the hotel could have done, but a heads-up would have been appreciated.

Its location is very good, just 2-3min walk from Namba station, which is very friendly to couple like us who travel with foot and public transport. The room is spacious and comfortable, worth every penny I spent. The reception is very friendly, they even ready umbrella in the lobby so if you need it you can just borrow for a moment and return back when you're back to hotel. Surpisingly they provided guests who staying 4 nights and above with free breakfast which make me alots more convenient since you will unlikely find a breakfast spot in Osaka. Overall, an excellent experience in CINQs Hotel. Will definitely reccomend to my friend and family!

Room was spacious and beautiful design, location was great to explore the city, staff was nice and speaking good English. We were offered breakfast for free even if we didn’t book it in a building nearby (2 minutes walking) and it was varied and delicious.

You get fresh towels everyday but the room gets cleaned only every four days. The bed was not very large for two people. None of this was a problem for us, but it might be if you tend to get your room particularly dirty and you need cleaning often, or if you are very tall or not very thin and you need a larger bed to sleep comfortably.

i like that it was very spacious and quiet and just walking distance from a major train and bus station. the breakfast buffet was also very good. we stayed for 7 days and we did not get bored with the breakfast menu. there was enough variety throughout our stay, and enough proportions as well. also, favorite dishes were available every day.

there was no safe/security box in the room. the fridge had no freezer compartment for our cooling rings and towels and we couldn’t adjust the temperature of the fridge.

- you check in/out with a device which is fine but on check out would prefer a more personalised experience. - no shower caps offered as amenity and house cleaning isn’t done everyday.
