Right from when we booked, the messages I received were very helpful. We got our door code exactly as stated and the directions and photos of how to get from Namba Station to the property were absolutely SPOT ON! The room is indeed Japanese size, but because it had an extra single bed we were at least able to open up both our suitcases, which is a definite bonus. We could not get the kettle to work, it just seemed to take too long, but in the foyer downstairs there is a microwave available for anyone to use. We stayed three nights because from this property we could go by train to the Osaka Aquarium; walk to Dotonbori; and walk to meet the Kyoto/Nara Coach Day Tour. There are family grocery stores near this property as well as the range of food places available in the train station.

Unfortunately the big downside for this property is noise from the neighbouring rooms. I have told management and suggested they put up signs telling patrons that the walls are very thin and not sound-proofed. We stayed three nights and the next door room had three different tenants. Each one arrived very late (after we had gone to bed) then proceeded to open and close, or rather slam, every single door or cupboard multiple times. To make matters worse they then woke early in the mornings and proceeded to do the same slamming and banging and talking. Our sleep was not restful.

There is a nearby Matsuya - which is a top requirement for me and my family. The location is an easy access to Dotonbori, Osaka. Around 10 minutes by walk. The Metro station is 5-7 minutes away which is good. Toilet has auto bidet system. With free shampoo and body soap. A convenient store is nearby for everyday necessities.

The room is too small for a family with big luggages. These will take up most of the remaining spaces. The shower room is also small. Big enough to fit my body standing while taking baths. Soaping your feet (while bending) would be difficult since you will hit your head with the walls.

It was cozy, clean, had everything we needed, even the washing machine (very useful in summer in Japan, cuz you change tshirts every few hours), conbini just accross the street, main points of Osaka easily reachable by metro or even by foot. Mattress is amazing.

The only thing that might be a bit disturbing to some people is the noise. You can hear outside noises (cars, sirens) and also the people from neighbouring room (walls are really thin). Personally for me it wasn't a big deal but my husband is a bit more sensitive. However, he used earplugs and slept really well.

Location of the property was the best selling point. It was within walking distance to Namba and Dotonbori- both places being very popular with locals and tourists alike. There was also a washing machine in the room and there is also cutlery and tools available to cook, although I didn’t use the facilities.

The lobby area smelled like someone had puked in it recently and the elevator doors closed too quickly. The room was a really small space which made it difficult for two travellers with large suitcases. I found a lot of dust in the room with the bed. The room was meant to fit 3 people, but I don’t think there would have been enough space for 3 people.

1) Location - within walking distance to the Dotonbori area (as well as Shinsaibashi suji) if you prepare to walk, also quite close to the subway station. 2) 350m away from Namba station so taking airport train is very easy walk. 3) Functional room - it has everything that you need to stay there. 4) Checking in and out were hassle free.. clear instruction will be sent to your email few days before that providing instructions on how to enter the room using electronic lock, WiFi, etc… 5) near a supermarket that opens 24 hours … operated by Aeon. convenience stores are also around the corner.

1) Room - too compact, 2 double bed and one single bed literally took bulk of the space in the room. Those with lots of luggage’s might find it a challenge. A small table and 2 chairs in the room were not enough for 5 of us to sit together. 2) Still have to walk considerably far to take subway (depending on which subway line you’re using.. eg. Midosuji line) 3) What I’d seen in the website and what it turned out were not what I’d expected. It was literally an apartment building converted into a hotel, and the room was smaller although still relatively clean.

The location was strategic. few mins walk from subway that has direct airport line. walkable distance to Dotonbori. Halal ramen was around the corner/ nearby. Family Mart just next building. complete facilities (including washing machine) except no Microwave in the room. need to go lobby to use microwave. but still ok as stove and cooking utilities was provided in the room. By far, one of the best accommodation in term of location during my stay in Osaka

A bit cramped/ small size room.

Location was amazing, just a few minutes from Namba station. Apartment was comfortable, safe and warm. WiFi was a little slow but OK. We never met staff but they were quick to respond on messenger and when we asked for mugs to drink tea they were left outside our room the next day.

Could have done with a tea towel for drying dishes as the kitchen area had no drainage space. We wanted to do some washing but there was nowhere to hang clothes where they would have dried. A hanging peg thing would have been great. The staff suggested the balcony but even then there was nowhere to hang stuff and it was quite cold anyway.

There was no breakfast option to choose as it is an apartment. The location is great. It is close to stations and shops, even a mini mart is right down stair. Owner gave me one hour late check out without any charges

The noise that sometimes came out from nowhere like a train hit the rail. Not too loud but quite annoying. I can't find the source of the noise.

Rooms were small but similar to many hotels. Liked having the two beds in our room. Was great to have a washing machine in each room as well. Location was great. A short walk to Namba station and around 15min to dotonburi, orange street and den den town. Shower pressure was also really good.

It can be quite noisy as it faces the main road. Could do with some thicker curtains which could help tremendously.

Hassle-free check-in. Room size is plenty for the price.

Bed slides a little bit because it doesn't fit properly in the space provided. Leaving the luggage at the hotel after checkout is not reassuring since no one is around to guard them.
