The hotel is near Namba train station and about 10 minutes walk away from the Namba airport train station. The hotel staff were really friendly, especially the lady working at the breakfast restaurant, who was really accommodating when we arrived at 9:30 am and they were going to close the breakfast buffet. I'm so grateful to her. The breakfast has a selection of savoury and sweet items. It's not very extensive but it has plenty to choose from and very adecuate, I didn't leave hungry. The freshly made smoothy was really delicious. The room was spacious for Japanese hotels and it had a nice table, kettle and small fridge. The beds were comfortable and we had a nice stay. The bathroom had a small bathtub and space for a few toiletries and wash bag. The area is quiet, right next to the Namba Lion Shrine and about 10-15 minute walk to Dotonbori. There are shops and restaurants in the area too. I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the Namba area, near the station and within walking distance of the lively Dotonbori area.

The breakfast was great - nice selection of Western and Japanese food for breakfast. They were thoughtful to provide sample size food for Natto and chawamushi allowing foreigners to try new dishes. It was quite a well rounded breakfast as well covering soup, salad, yoghurt and even freshly blended juice. The breakfast selection also changes day to day. There could be clearer instructions on how to use the aircon as well as the air purifier/dehumifier features to allow for a better stay.

This was my second time staying in this hotel in Osaka. Probably, one of the best options you could have around Namba neighborhood. Certainly better than APA chain (that has better locations, but more expensive too). It's a 10 min walk to Namba (just 5 min to Namba Nankai station), close to everything. I always stay in Namba (and always recommend everyone to stay in this area of Osaka), because if you travel to Osaka, you probably do it by air, and the train from Kansai airport arrives at Namba station (and departs from here too, of course). If you travel from the other parts of the country by train, you'll arrive either at Shin-Osaka or Umeda stations which are located on Midosuji line, it connects straight to Namba in just few stops. Besides, Namba is arguable is the best hood to stay in Osaka. The hotel itself is not much to talk about: it's clean, neat, cozy, with all new facilities and pretty decent breakfast (if you have it in your room price included).

The rooms are small though, you should remember that. You barely have space to move around. Not a problem if you travel alone, but if it is a group of you, think twice. It's a usual Japanese problem though, not this hotel's in particular.

Location of the hotel is good with walkable distance to OCAT where you can take a bus to kansai airport. you can also walk to nipponbashi for anime street (approx 15mins) and to shinsaibashi (approx 20mins) and 2 metro stations. convenient to take a train to USJ as well (approx 35~45mins) with a 24hr supermart nearby. The facilities of the hotel were thoughtful too, with free ice dispenser, free microwave service, washer and dryer with small fee. Staff was very helpful when you asked them for directions and coin exchange for laundry. Although the room was a bit on the small side, I rested well every night as it was quiet. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel thanks to the staff!

very compact room, a little smaller than i imagine but it has all essentials we need, even something extra like the dehumidifier/deodoriser and clothing freshener which all are appreciated.

not really a big deal but I was surprised when they told me they would charge us extra as the room I booked was for single use only. I mean, in my years of travelling over 10 plus countries i have never encountered such situation where a room with double bed allows single use only. And it’s not like they give us a bigger layout when we paid extra for double room. So you all shall be really careful upon placing a booking and make sure you read the description clearly if you do not want to incur any additional accidental expenses.

Good sized room and good selection at breakfast (mainly Japanese breakfast which I love). Staff helpful and kind. Nice and clean washing machine available. You can get to Kansai Airport from Namba station which is why I chose this place.

The location is okay, but it still takes at least 10 minutes or more to walk to the station. I’m not sure if the area is safe, it looks so-so. I’ve seen a few homeless people around, which is unusual for Japan. But I didn’t have any bad experiences and I walked there alone at 10 pm.

Short hop to the commuting and shopping hub of Namba with direct trains to KIX. Very helpful front desk staff whenever I needed their help on some matter about my stay.

Queues for breakfast might happen when there's a big tour group in town because seating is quite limited. Check in times were upheld a little too precisely. Other hotels I've stayed in on this same trip gave some leeway on checking in 15-30 mins early but not WBF. 1500 means 1500!

Staffs are fantastic! Very helpful and assisted my partner and I with booking for our late night taxi ride to Shin-Osaka station. They kept our luggage safe from check out until late. Location is not the best coming from Shin-Osaka station but it is about 15mins walk to Dotonbori.

Location is not that ideal from Shin-Osaka station, since we caught the JR shinkansen. A little bit far from a subway especially with two big luggages, or maybe it just felt far because it was raining. The bedroom with two single bed we booked is too small for our luggages. We can only open one at a time, there was a small chair in the room that I think is not needed to create a bit more space.

The room was very clean and was always maintained for me while I was away. The staff were really helpful and accommodating to my needs. The hotel was in a very good location as well and was easily walk-able to such places like Dōtonbori. Although it was a in a side road and the road looked a bit weird during night time, it was still very safe place to be in and I definitely recommend it.

The surrounding area especially at night. It had a lot of dodgy businesses around. Also the building did not look like much from the outside exterior but inside its very clean and accomodating.

Great location close to Namba, helpful staff, umbrellas in the lobby, vending machine and coin laundry on the first floor - anything for the travellers who chose Osaka as their base for Kansai exploration. The breakfast is not very varied, but has everything needed and very, very good. Will help you send your luggage further to airport or another hotel if needed.
