The space in the room itself was fantastic for what you normally find in Japan. The staff were wonderful and friendly especially with our children.

We loved our stay here. The staff were super welcoming and we were able to store our bags before check-in and after check-out. The rooms were the most spacious we had encountered on our trip and furnished with style. There was great art in the walls and everything we needed in the kitchenette. Plenty of space for our family of 3 and it was nice to have a sofa to sit on! In room laundry facilities were a big plus. The location is excellent. We will definitely be booking here for our next trip. Highly recommend!

The property is conveniently located just a few minutes away from Namba Station, allowing for a pleasant stroll or a budget-friendly taxi ride when you have a lot of luggage. Nestled in a more relaxed neighborhood, it offers a pleasant contrast to the bustling atmosphere of Osaka's nearby attractions, such as Dotonbori and Shinsekai. Check-in was easy, and the staff were very friendly. The room was both spacious and clean, comfortably accommodating 4 to 5 guests. There was a delightful aroma, which may seem trivial, but I definitely appreciated it, especially since I’ve encountered other accommodations (not MONday Apart) in Japan that had very unpleasant odors. Overall, our stay at MONday Apart was enjoyable, and we wished we stayed longer. It’s slightly pricier than the average basic hotel in Japan, but that’s understandable considering the generous room size. I highly recommend staying here and I will also be on the lookout for this hotel chain the next time I visit Japan with a group.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and a good size for a family of 5. It was a 10 minute walk to the Namba station in a quiet street. It was fully equipped with everything we needed like a washing machine, dryer, kitchen and all other amenities. The staff also supplied us with washing liquids, toothbrushes, hairbrush etc. I had to change my check in time due to long queues at the airport and they quickly responded to me and made the changes straight away.

The property is new, clean, and stylish. Appreciate the good AC in the summer heat and the small kitchen to make morning tea (no coffee provided). Bottled water is only 50Yen at the lobby front desk, and 7-11 is conveniently across the street.

It’s a bit of a walk to train stations. About 15min to Namba. Not a bad walk, but in the heat wave while carrying luggage.. we decided to take a taxi. The standard family apartment is a bit cramped for a family of 4. If we convert the couch into an extra bed, there’s no space to sit down.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and the modern, comfortable facilities. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Osaka, and the amenities provided made our stay both convenient and relaxing. We especially appreciated the clean and spacious rooms.

There was nothing we would change, and we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay.

Surprisingly clean although carpeted but what was a standout was how polite and helpful the reception staff was and how there was even a letter with recommendations on nearby attractions and food written for us. Near gyms, cafes, convenience stores and not too far from Nankai airport line. Will be back for sure!

The space for a family of 5 (3 teenagers) was fantastic. It was modern and clean. The location was fantastic and only 10-15 minutes' walk to train stations. The staff on the front reception were very friendly and helpful.

Service is excellent . Location is very good with many car park nearby. Have individual washing and drying machine in the washroom, it is prefect. Everything is clean and tidy, we had a wonderful time in this place!
