Let me check-in a little bit earlier. The room was spacious and very clean. It has a small kitchenette, but why would you when in Osaka "the kitchen of Japan". Requested not cleaning for 1 day and they still left me a package with clean towels and a new set of pjs. Exceptional service. The location is excellent. 10 minutes away from namba station. 15 minutes away from Donburi and a couple of minutes away from some shrines. Very basic breakfast, good stuff for a quick bite early morning to start your adventure.

Hallways had a burnt/smoke smell..... But it was only noticeable when going to and from the room to the elevator.

This Inn is an amazing value for money find. The main highlight is the staff, super kind and willing to help. They let us leave our suitcases in the hotel for one additional night between our bookings, which was super appreciated. Also the price is low considering that the room is bigger than the standard Japanese hotel room, one can actually opens up their suitcase. The room also has a small kitchenette and a microwave. There is also a small complimentary breakfast included in the price (bread+beverages).

The beds are a bit too hard. Also the hotel is right in between two stations and that makes it around 10 min away from Namba, so if you have more luggages, you might need to walk a bit.

I was given a High-floor room as I requested upon booking. But what I TRULY appreciated (and didn't expect) was how LATE Check-out time was. 12pm Check-out is INCREDIBLE!! Very much appreciated!! Not expected of a 3-star property. It was my 2nd Inn during my stay in Osaka, but should've been my 1st choice. Shame I only booked it for my last night after returning from Kyoto.

Breakfast wasn't what I expected. I had hoped for more variety... all that was served was pastries. Some hot food would've been good.

I liked the room (not the biggest but cute and large enough), the staff was really friendly - they let us check in way earlier than we were supposed to which saved us. The breakfast was not the bougiest in the sense that it was mainly pastries, but coffee was decent and there were other drinks as well. Pastries were yummy too!

Depending what you want to do location could be seen as a bit far, but it was walking distance from the shopping street as well as some of the popular landmarks.

The staff were so very helpful from a warm welcome at check in to assisting in a day trip to Nara. Mr Tohno printed out the train timetables and highlighted the schedule for the trip there and back. We borrow umbrellas for a rainy day and the free breakfast was a great way to start each day. Service with a smile each day. A late check out of 12pm was also a great way to end the 6 night stay.

The room is bigger than expectation. The staffs are friendly, they let me check in early and i’m so impressed. Free breakfast is good, there are breads, juice, coffee, tea and yogurt which are good enough. Also i love the time check in and check out here. The location is walkable to namba (the nearest train station is Daikokucho). If i go to osaka again, this hotel will be my staycation again.

The room had all the basic amenities you would need. There was even a mini kitchen with a microwave. The bed was so comfy. The water pressure was strong. The staff were nice and friendly. I arrived a bit drenched with rain water and immediately the guy at the reception offered me a towel. He even lent me an umbrella when I went out to get some stuff. The location was good as well, quiet but walking distance to the busy Dotonbori. Family Mart, 7/11, and other food stalls were nearby. Namba Station and another one were walking distance from the hotel, making it easier to get to your chosen destination via subway/rails.

The breakfast was filling, however I wish there could have been other options as it was mostly pastries. The hotel signage at night is not very noticable.

Very spacious room! Free face mask and moisturiser set which I used whilst enjoying their deep bath. It was a wonderful last night in Japan! Ooo and the conditioner was lovely, made my hair very soft. The bed was comfortable not too hard and the pillow was larger than some places. Balcony! Free breakfast Very good price at the time for a city too, wish I had stayed there longer.

Would like 2 pillows Radio light being on at night (maybe you could turn it off but couldn'twork out how)

Location is convenient near a metro station. Breakfast is good, lots of pastry options and yogurt. When I was running late in the morning, it was easy to grab a pastry and head to the station. Front desk staff were very helpful and offered takkyubin luggage service. This was the only hotel during my 1 month trip that helped me fill out the form to my next destination (it can be hard for a foreigner since the form is in Japanese and you have to write the address in legible Japanese too..)! They even mailed an insulated water bottle that I had left in the room.

Good location near to 8mins walk from nearest train station. Family mart is just a stone throw away at your convenience. Microwave available in room while coin operated washing machine can be found on the 7 (or 6 cannot remember) floor.

A bit unclean with small residual of hair found in the bathroom.
