Room spacious and location - why we selected it in the first place for our base and relatively long stay. Pictures shown of the hotel are true. I like the pillow where it's on one side an ordinary type and the other with hollow PE pipe stuffing. The latter I like. Close to a large supermarket (Life) - close to Daikokuchou St - when coming home from a long day you can stop by before reaching at your hotel. Close by Namba St (directly from Kansai) and Daikokuchou St (subway). Although no breakfast included in the room description fresh heated/baked bread of various kind (picture available) and coffee dispenser machine served/available - not to say soft drink and ice cream available too and on the evening some beverages (cheap kind - not that I drank any but hey it's free for those who like/want it!) available.

Room a bit worn out and could use some attention for some quick fix (curtain hangers broken and cheap to replace/fix). The bed a bit small but in general OK. Bathtub could use some anti slippery rubber. Don't understand why no shower curtain/hanger mounted so you can stand up and take your shower without getting the whole place wet.

Breakfast area on level 3 with tables and chairs, was more than I expected with different types of bread rolls, butter and jam and cereal and muesli with milk as well. Free self-service dispensing machine with soft drinks & coffee and hot water and ice and availability of self-service ice cream and a microwave for snacks and meals out of breakfast time throughout the day and into the late evening. Free alcoholic drink mixers to make a self-service cocktail from about 5pm for a few hours. Use of 100 yen coin washers and dryers on level 3 was quite cheap about 500 yen to wash and dry and you could buy laundry detergent at front desk, quite cheaply. Also our room had bar fridge with a small freezer compartment that was handy. There was a reception area at front of rooms for hanging clothes and changing shoes and tiny kitchenette with kettle & fridge (and additionally a hotplate which one had to seek permission from font desk to use, but we did no do this), could be closed for separate aircon purposes or used as a private change area. Toilet was in separate room to bathroom and in the bathroom the tub was actually large enough to bath in, if you like that sort of thing, although you could shower in the totally waterproof area. Location of hotel was short walk of few minutes to sub-way station and therefore access throughout Osaka and easy walk to Dotonbori area. Convenience store on ground floor next door and another one on opposite side of road. Stored our luggage before check-in for free and we paid an extra 500 yen on one room to stay for an 11 am check-out, rather than routine 10am, (google translated the Japanese language sign in the room) as it suited our train time rather than wait around at station. I think they would also store luggage after check-out, on the day, as they seem very accommodating and you could check that out beforehand. For the value-for-money traveler, this hotel really provided a very comfortable stay with a lot of extras.

Possibly older style building but it really didn't bother us that much and I think all the extras you get makes up for that, for the price. With one double bed in a room there was sufficient space for a lounge chair and table and an additional chair at a desk bench and still plenty of room for luggage access on floor. The other room that our travelling companions had two double beds in one room and so that was a bit cramped for luggage, as it was same size as our double room.

A really surprising place, in a good but not crowded area. Very good reception (tiny but), and great layout with rooms around a void. Pretty good sized room for the price. We were there for three nights and it worked out well for two people. The real surprise is the nicely set out (more than basic) free breakfast that is available (I'm sure I didn't see it advertised when I booked), as well as ICECREAM ALL DAY!! It's a really nicely set up foodie area open all the time. (And yes some free (safe) alcohol at night). Oh yes - location is very good - 500 m. accessible to metro, so really no need for (very expensive) taxi from airport, which takes Osaka's weird above ground great circle route!

Well I suppose only one lift is a bit awkward, when the poor old room cleaners are trying to take up their bundles of sheets etc. Despite us offering to share, they always politely stood back and let us customers have the lift.

This was a really enjoyable stay. The rooms were very large for Japan and we had a table and chairs, desk and TV in our room as well as a large bed and a balcony. The free treats were great! Having unlimited icecream and soft drinks was a nice bonus and we made the most of the free drinks between 6-8 each night. The breakfasts were also delicious and included free fancy breads and waffles. Highly recommend.

The dryer took a very long time (almost two hours) to dry our clothes and the lift took a long time each time to come to our level.

Room was quite big compared to similar rooms we've been to and staff was very nice. Cleaning was done daily and the room was spotless! It has an area to relax or eat your own breakfast or dinner while the hotel provides free ice cream, drinks, coffees and bread selection which is actually quite good quality and wide selection! It is really a really added value as you can pick up something fast to eat before going out or have a refreshment as you get back to the hotel.

Room was a bit on the older side but it does not subtract from the rest of the experience.

The location is great. FamilyMart near the lobby, there's a complete drug store beside the hotel, and many restaurants to choose. It's also near the daikokucho station, so easy to go anywhere by metro. Namba & Dotonbori still in a walking diatance. The all you can eat drinks & ice cream is so good... We enjoyed it everyday during our stay

The staff can not speak english, so it's a little hard to communicate if you can not speak japanese.

The free bread breakfast (especially loved the Paris-like croissants), free alcohol from 6-8pm, free drinks and ice cream were the best perks ever! The room was clean and big enough. There wasn't room to put toiletries in the bathroom, but the desk with a mirror was a great alternative! There was a convenience store right next door. The location was close to the metro station with restaurants close by. Would definitely stay here again!

The bidet in our room didn't work, but the one in the other room in our party did.

Loved the free toiletries, ice cream and bread buffet. Great location, very close to Namba station which was a direct line from the airport. Walk to Dontonbori which we went almost every other night for dinner. The staff were very nice and easy check in/out which flexible hours after check out. If you like firmer beds then this is good.

The room needed many more hooks especially the bathroom. There is no where to put your towel or clothes and because there is no shower curtain, the entire floor gets wet. The shower hose was too high up so it was hitting the face directly.

The property was in a good location - a short walk from a subway station and within easy walking distance of Dotonbori. Our room was the most spacious that we had whilst in Japan. The bed was comfortable, and it was useful having the toilet separate to the bathroom. We picked this hotel because compared to others, it offered free soft drinks, ice cream and bread. Unexpectedly, they offered a happy hour each evening with alcoholic drinks. The bread served for breakfast was beyond amazing and the best we have ever tasted - freshly baked, doughy and soft, and in all kinds of flavours (our favourite was cheese/tomato and matcha). The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the price was extremely reasonable. Each day cleaning was offered and fresh towels/pyjamas were provided. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The only inconvenience was that there is only one lift - we were on one of the top floors so sometimes, you’d need to wait a little while for your turn. It didn’t really bother us, but just something to note.

The room was a good size, having the chairs and table was a great addition. The free breakfast bread was great too. We also liked the location being really well signed and easy to find. It was an easy walk to train stations and a pleasant walk to the main attractions. Having 24h reception was also great for the night life of Osaka.

The bed was extremely hard, I would even be happy to pay extra for a soft mattress overlay if this was available from housekeeping. The shower was a bit short for my husband. The room had a nice large windows with balcony but it was not permitted to go onto the balcony.
