Our stay at Plum Hotel was very pleasant. The hotel staff were very accommodating and attentive to our needs. We arrived at the hotel early but we were still allowed to complete the check-in procedures and leave our bags at the reception to go out until our rooms were ready. Felt very safe leaving our belongings with the staff. They also accept luggage delivery, so we were able to send our luggage from the airport to the hotel directly. The room and amenities provided were great and one of the best things about the hotel was that they provided daily cleaning services and fresh towels and robes everyday! The area where the hotel is located was also wonderful and the place was easy to find. Overall, there was a very positive vibe around the hotel and I feel confident in recommending the hotel to anyone who asks.

It was conveniently located within a quiet neighborhood. Daily housekeeping is top notch! Check in was quick and seamless. There's a nearby family mart, a bit of walk to 7eleven, MaxValu (grocery), Sukiya (fast food). We were able to leave our luggage at the lobby after check out because our flight was late in the afternoon. 15 min walk to Namba/Dotonbori area.

The hotel rooms were confortable enough and were no missing anything. The hotel is conveniently located, quite close to the Yasaka Namba shrine, where we were lucky to witness a festival, and it is also quite close to Osaka metro line and se eral convenience stores and restaurants. We also had the opportunity to leave our luggage in the reception after check-out and to pick it up later during the day. Reception is open at any time.

The hotel does not offer a breakfast option and does only have a microwave oven at the reception, not even vending machines. In the end the hotel is quite according to the price of its rooms and mainly suited for short stays.

Clean. Comfortable. Excellent staff. Right size for the amount of people booked. Kettle in the room. Microwave downstairs. Food close by in every direction. Max ten minutes from a station depending how fast you walk and whether or not you have luggage. Room cleaned everyday if you want and they did an amazing job. Cannot fault this place. Location is close enough to main attractions but far enough to sleep soundly. Would recommend a million times.

We were a group of 4 friends and although the beds were spacious, the rest of the room was very small. Our luggage took most of the room. Since it was just for a few days it was fine, but if we had stayed longer than 3 days then it would have been best to have booked two separate rooms.

We had luggage forwarded to the hotel so we could enjoy our day in Osaka. Very pleasant welcome when checking in and the room was nice clean and smelt fresh. Compact but served its purpose. The toiletries, pyjamas and towels were all very good quality . The laundromat right next to the hotel was also a plus for us.

Everything was good, we were even given an umbrella on checkout as it was raining!

A bit far from Namba and Dotonbori but a pleasant walk. Plenty of food options around the area - konbinis and eateries open till late or 24/7. The hotel itself was roomy for 3 adults (maybe tight for 4) and our medium sized luggages. Very clean, new and plenty of hotel amenities. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here if being in a very central location isn't an issue.

Room itself was spacious, beds were big and comfy. The extra ledge space on the headboard was useful to place our things. Front desk staff were very helpful, although couple of them were not able to speak English, but they were able to speak Mandarin which helped as we were able to understand it as well. Managed to explain to us about a few things we were unsure about. Convenience stores nearby. Train station is abut 7 minutes walk, another station is slightly further, about 12 minutes walk. 2 laundromats within 3 minutes of hotel.

Bathroom was tiny, no cupboards, limited hangers.

Good location close to metro and train station makes easy to reach any touristic spots The rooms are clean and larger than standard japanese hotels. Is it allowed to leave the luggage before checking in but both the lobby and the luggage room are very little.

As a remark breakfast is not available in the hotel

The room was spacious and clean - enough room to put luggages. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful! The hotel also provided amenities which was useful :)

Slightly further from the main Dotonbori area (around a 20 min walk) but it was still relatively close to a station. It was a relatively easy walk to the main area though.
