I really appreciated how clean the place was. They offer a luggage storage area for both before check-in and after checkout, which was very convenient since we arrived early. The balcony was accessible and useful for drying clothes.

The room we chose felt more suitable for two people, it was quite cramped for three. Namba Station is about a 15-minute walk away, with Daikokucho being the closest station. It also would’ve been more convenient if we were given more than one key, so we wouldn’t have to leave it at the reception every time someone needed to get in.

The studio was pretty big, compared to other hotels in Japan. It was also very quiet, check-in and checkout were super easy. There is a 7-eleven very close to the hotel.

Bed pillows and the lounge cushions were not very comfy, the TV projector was very hard to use if you don't speak Japanese. Tea or coffee, or at least a bottle of water would have been appreciated. There are no buses and the metro stations are all 12-15 mins walking.

Hotel is very nice, the team is very accommodating and helpful! (They helped us with late checkin, and when we forgot something in the room, they kept it for us and we were able to get it on the way back). Room is nice, nothing crazy but had a balcony, all amenities, good shower and equipped kitchen. Location was good too, close to the buzzy area but not too close, in quiet and calm neighborhood.

Spacious apartment with everything you need. The apartment was quite large by Japanese standards and had everything necessary for cooking. There was also a washing machine, a comfortable bed, and a sofa — very convenient for a longer stay. The location was good, about a 10–15 minute walk from the metro station. Overall, a great place to stay and good value for money.

Great facilities - luggage storage before check in was handy, kitchen and laundry in apartment was great! Walking distance to JR and metro stations, easy access to Dotonbori and Namba areas. 7 Eleven and Pizza Hut across the road.

Nothing - just if you want to do laundry, you need to bring/buy your own detergent

A beautiful hotel, it looks brand new. The staff is very friendly, and check-in is very easy. You can leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out. The facilities are excellent, including a gym and lounge. There's in-room laundry facilities. We loved the layout of the spaces.

The only thing to consider is that it's far from public transportation; the nearest station is approximately 900 m/1 km away.

Perfect Location for exploring. New property and well maintained. Staffs were friendly. It is well-equipped with amenities.

It wasn't easy to find the location from Namba station. The balcony was a bit dirty. The kitchen didn't have a knife.

Modern and clean

As all rooms and apartments we experienced, this was a small room for 4 people. But by far the most complete and clean one.

Property has everything you need from washing clothes to kitchen and nice balcony.

The room doesn’t get dark enough so the light would come in at 6AM. The location is good but still 10-15 min walk to station.

Clean, plenty of space, courteous, good location.

Everything was good. Only recommendation would be to have coffee available early in the morning.
