The staff were all lovely and accommodating. Location was only ok for us, as we were travelling with 4 young kids, so needed access to lifts/elevators for our pram, which was further walk down (about 10-15 minutes). Otherwise if you're good with stairs only, this would be a great location for you. Some good local restaurants within walking distance. Room was nice and big, the biggest we've stayed in during our Japan trip.

Personal preference, but the beds were too firm/hard. Pillows were also hard, however once mentioned to staff, they were able to change this over for us.

Fun views over the water, good space for the whole family, easy to buy food to keep in the fridge and microwave later, space to wash and hang dry clothes, great ofuro bath. Straight shot to Dotonbori if that's where you're hanging out.

Longer walk than we had wanted to the main train station but still doable! Tidy and clean but not SUPER clean... some hair and dust from previous guests. Staff is not there very often (only certain hours during the day). Keep that in mind. But even so, our Sumo tickets mailed to the hotel were waiting for us in our room. Thank you!

Large rooms with big beds,much larger than most Japanese hotels. The in room washer is nice too

The washer didn’t dry clothes well. I had to hang them all over the room and that was pretty annoying. They should have a dedicated folding clothes rack in the room. There is a hanger with multiple hooks for drying clothes but no good place to hang it. The beds were a bit firm too. The pillows were strange. They were filled with what felt like firm bean bag chair beads. The room needs light blocking curtains. The morning light wakes you up as the curtains don’t block much

Large room. Washing Machine and Microwave. About 10 minute walk from Dotonbori, Close to two train stations - easy walking distance. Sleeps 5 in Family room. Provided toiletries.

No dryer. Can be noisy at night - lots of sirens as close to hospital. Daily room service is change towels and vacuum only - which after a week with no clean dishes etc, is a bit disappointing. Lady on the front desk doesn’t speak any English, which made check in challenging. Air con unit had terrible smell.

It was a pretty convenient location, being close to Dotonbori and a lot of the nightlife stuff in Osaka. Not much to do in the immediate area, but a quick walk can take you to lots of different restaurants and attractions. The room is pretty much as advertised, and while it is not some luxurious and grand hotel, you have a nice place to come back to at the end of the day, with a nice riverfront view.

The facility itself is kind of old, and we had to wait a bit to get checked in because there was nobody at the front desk at first. However, the staff were nice and helped us get settled to our room when they did show up.

Wonderful river views with floor to ceiling windows. Spacious. 4 beds in our room. Beds and comforters are extremely comfortable. Heat and AC in room. Compact and nice facilities. Washer in unit. Location close enough to metro and Namba stations but away from the hustle and bustle. Cleaning staff was friendly. Vending machines downstairs for water. Easy self check in process with key lockbox by room door.

There’s smell from the toilet probably from the pipes. One strand of hair found on bathroom floor when we walked in but overall clean.

The property was clean and felt like an airbnb. The owners were outside when we arrived and helped guide us in a smooth check in. I was expecting to self check-in on my own. But the lady at the front desk insisted she wanted to help and used an English translator. The room was exceptional! The amount of space the room provided allowed the whole family to be able to breathe fresh air. In other hotels we stayed in, we were squished in a ~250 sq ft room for three people. And we the shower, bathroom, and sink were all separate.

I have nothing to complain about the property. It isn’t as close to Dotonbori but that’s okay. We got to explore other restaurants in that area.

Room was pretty spacious for Japan standards. It was only about a 10 minute walk from the train station and Dotonbori, and about a 5-7 minute walk from the subway and bus station. The washing machine in the room was a plus, but no dryer, but there is a 24 hour Laundromat right down the street.

There was no real cleaning, just a simple towel change and vacuum. Only one key is provided. I believe it's near a hospital so there was an almost nightly sound of sirens.

Ample space in the hotel room, it was very clean and comfortable beds. We liked that there was a couch as well as a table and comfortable chairs for seating options. The location was good, 12 minute walk to dotombori, a 7/11 2 min walk away, nice views of the river from the window. The staff did their best with their limited English to help us sort out our luggage transfer service, they were very helpful.

Great location, less than 5 minute walk to the closest metro station. Great view of the water. All basic toiletries are provided. Provides luggage storage during their staff working hours 11am to 6pm. I got the 1 king and 3 twin bed room and it’s comfortable for a family of 4 (adults and teenagers).

No clothing dryer. Wish the staff working hour starts at 10am.
