Yo, first off — this spot? GOAT’ed. Ain’t even playin’. This the greatest hotel in all of Osaka, no cap. Tucked away like a hidden gem, you funna miss it if you not lookin' proper. Gotta walk in a bit off the main path, but once you find it? Straight up heaven. The vibe is quiet, lowkey, and mad secure — which hit different when you come from where I come from. The staff? Solid. I pulled up tryin’ my best Japanese, and even though I know I was butchering it, they ain't flinch once. Held it down with patience and even smiled through it (tatemae know what've sayin'?). That kind of respect? Rare. Room was clean, amenities on point, bed felt like layin’ on clouds after runnin' from nightmares. Ain’t no corners cut here — this place delivers, period.

Now look, I gotta keep it a buck — the laundromat in this joint? That’s a straight-up warzone. Ain’t no peace treaty in sight. The size of it? Mad disrespectful for how many folks stayin’ here. It's like they built it for five people but got fifty tryin’ to throw hands for a washer. Many men wish unclean clothes upon me. Stains on my fit, dog, and I can't see — I’m just tryin’ to be what I’m destined to be. And people out here really tryna take my laundromat away. If you value your sanity, slide to a third-party laundromat down the block. Trust — unless you funna step into a battlefield where detergent is currency and patience gets tested, avoid it. Everything else in the hotel? Fire. But this? This part needs prayer.

The location is super convenient. Although it takes a few walk to get to Namba station, you can walk through Namba Walk on underground. To stay near Namba station is a good choice because this station is connected to Nankai line and many major lines that can take you to many places in Osaka. Also, it takes about 15-20 minutes to get to Shinsaibashi, Kuromon market, and Dontoburi. Moreover, the staff of the hotel is very friendly, they’re willing to help you even they are not fluent in English that’s okay. The hotel is new, clean, and has 24hrs convenience store in the building. However, the hotel will clean the room every 3rd night of your stay but you can request to it earlier. If you looking for a place with a good location, reasonable price, clean, and friendly staff, I would recommended this place.

The pillow does not quite comfortable for me.

Right next to Namba OCAT (Osaka City Air Terminal) building if you take the airport shuttle bus just go to 1st floor east exit then you will find the hotel, near JR Namba station and various metro line. Around 10 minutes walk to Dotonbori. I love the onsen at 4th floor also 7-11 inside the hotel.

Excellent location, mere steps from the airport bus limousine service. Very clean. My husband loved the heated toilet seats. Great rooftop view of the city!

Nothing.

Location is just outside the Osaka OCAT and JR Namba station. The rooms are small but acceptable. The public bath was large and clean but always crowded, clean and plenty of pools. The laundry room is on the same floor and status can be check on the room tv to see if available or not. 700¥ per wash and dry, no detergent required and it automatically added. Overall a excellent hotel being only 5 mins walk to dotonbori/Namba walk and even a supermarket below the OCAT station which is convenient.

Everything was great however the elevator are quite small. Expect longer waiting times during checkin (3pm), checkout (10am), evening after everyone finished shopping (6-9pm) and breakfast timing. Had to wait almost 20 mins to get into a lift and had to resort to going up/down just to secure a position to go to my desired floor.

We were one of the first guests to stay after it opened so everything was brand new. Pretty sure we were the first to sleep on the bed in our room. The internal 7-Eleven is amazingly convenient. There's an onsen in the property. The laundry room is modern and has a vacuum sealer machine which was a godsend. The rooftop has amazing views and a somewhat affordable luxurious buffet with unlimited quality sushi, crab legs and steak. Location was insanely convenient right next to a big station and also short walk from Dotombori, one of the coolest areas of the city.

The room is very small, which happens to be the case for APA hotels. But it's very well thought out. Just know that if you are two people and you have too much luggage you might struggle a bit. But I highly recommend this place.

It is located right on the heart of Nanba. Very handy to go anywhere. The hotel has 7 Eleven on level 4, laundry room and hot bath. Stayed on the lower tower supreme King room, comfortable for two of us with a large bathroom.

We are not familiar with Osaka, so when we traveled from Tokyo by Shinkansen, we got completely lost. It would be great if the directions on your website were simpler and clearer to follow. The self-check-in process also took a bit of time. Personally, I prefer checking in with a staff member, but that might just be my preference. We stayed in a barrier-free room with a sliding door. At first, we couldn’t get out because the door locked itself after we pressed a button to exit. However, once we figured it out, everything was fine.

Very convenient location about 10 minute walk through namba walk (underground) to get to Dotonbouri and Shinsaibashi. You can ride the airport limousine bus from Kansai airport to Namba OCAT and get to the hotel by going down the escalator and through the EAST exit.

Very crowded hotel. Long lines for elevators and dropping luggage for checking in and checking out.

Good location close to the nightlife area, clean. Very small room but space was used efficiently

The elevator was impossible to get into during checkout time, we waited for 15 min to get on!! (And had to go up first before going down) And then a crazy queue to check the luggage

We had all the necessary tools in our bedroom. They will hang a bag outside of your room with clean towels and some toiletries. For me, that was perfect since I don't like it when they come to clean the bedroom every day. It's not the biggest bedroom but also not the smallest, it was just perfect for us. You don't have any wardrobe, but you can hang your clothes on the wall. Also, you have storage under the bed for your luggage. In the same building you have a convini store, washing machines, drying machines and a vacuum sealer (but all of those only works with coins) I will definitely stay there again, but for the future, I will book a hotel that doesn't have onsen since you cannot use it if you have tattoos

If you have tattoos forget about the onsen. We wanted to go but the rules said that if you can't cover your tattoo with just 2 like bandaids you are not allowed to go.
