Location is excellent. I like the quick, no human touch check-in process. I like that there is a microwave to heat our food, ice maker, and water dispenser. There are vending machines for water, iced tea, coffee and beer. The lobby is wide and open. I am able to work, do a video call with privacy even in the lobby. There is even a printer free to use. There is also a laundromat though you have to pay 30Yen for the laundry powder, 200Yen for a 31-min full load wash, and 100Yen for a 11-min dryer, which you can top up to fully dry your clothes. But all equipment are new so the experience overall is great!

It is kind of slippery on the ice maker area as some people would dispense more ice cubes than their paper cups can handle. Excess ice cubes tended to fall on the tiled flooring that created a puddle. My 11-year old kid slipped on it one night and badly hurt his knee. The staff hurried and wiped the puddle when they saw us and were very kind to ask if they could also wipe dry my son's shoes. I politely declined and said that it is fine. Maybe you can put some carpeting on some areas in the lobby for added safety. Also, in our 6 nights stay, we only had the chance to experience the complimentary breakfast once because the breakfast is from 6.30-9am only. Coffee flows until 10am though. Maybe you can extend the breakfast hours?

Overall, our stay at the hotel was pleasant. The establishment itself is charming, well-sized, and impeccably clean. Its proximity to the train station, shopping centers, and various restaurants is undoubtedly a major advantage.

One notable issue during my stay occurred in the luggage locker area. Despite having checked out, I stored my luggage there. When I returned from shopping and tried to dispose of paper bags, communication barriers with the cleaning staff created stress. Despite using Google Translate, the language barrier and a weak basement signal made it hard to convey my question. Though the situation was eventually resolved, it escalated to the point where I felt on the verge of tears, as I perceived unnecessary rudeness when I was just asking a simple question about where to throw the paper bags. Additionally, the responsiveness of the hotel staff decreased as our check-in date approached, making it challenging to obtain timely assistance.

Allowed us to pre-check-in before 15:00 so that we could relax in the lobby and access our room without having to queue again. Nice facilities onsite including laundry services, vending machines, free luggage storage, and a large dining area for breakfast. Really fantastic location only a few minutes' walk from Dotonbori, and right above the Namba Walk underground shopping district and station, giving you quick access to places like Osaka Castle and lots of dining choices!

The rooms are small and when you're travelling with large luggage it's quite difficult to move around. There is storage under the bed which helped a lot!

Modern hotel with very clean rooms and great access to the subway and nearby Dotonbori. They allowed our group of 3 (2 adults and 1 pre-teen) so the room provides much higher value for the price paid. The complete breakfast buffet was a bonus. We booked this hotel for the location and the price, and both expectations were exceeded. We would surely book this hotel again even if we are only 1 or 2 persons traveling.

There were a wide variety of breakfast options including Japanese and Western style, I only ate there once because I was not able to get there before the 9am cut off each morning. The location is convenient to station, there is a Lawson just a few stores down and it was within walking distance to Dotonbori and many restaurant options. The staff spoke well English, friendly and very helpful. There were a few a few washing machines and dryers available to use, so I didn't have to wait too long for a vacant one. Although cleaning of the room is not provided every day, they will leave new clean towels on your door everyday which is a plus.

Everything was great, there was nothing that I can fault besides the early breakfast cut off time.

Great location. Right next to a subway exit. Walking distance to dotonbori, markets and different attractions. One subway line all the way to the airport. The room was clean and reasonable size. Bathroom was clean and efficient although a bit small. Breakfast was very nice. A combination of local Osaka food and some western options. Breakfast staff were nice and pointed out which items were vegetarian for us. Laundry facilities were also very good.

We stayed in a queen room which was big enough but the bed was situated in the middle of the room and there was no way to get to the space on either side of the bed without climbing on the bed. A bit strange and also made it a bit hard to unpack. We asked for an extra towel and they charged us 100 yen for it. No big deal but didn’t happen at the other hotels we stayed at in Japan. There was also a city tax to pay on top of what we paid for the room.. price was ok but higher than other same level hotels

They offer free breakfast with basic food options which is more than enough. The location is superb, very close to Dohtonbori and right infront of a train station.

The bed is really hard and the pillows are too. I had a stiff neck because of the pillows and i would wake up in the middle of the night cos i was uncomfortable. I tried asking if they had other pillows to which they said they did not. It's the only thing that i did not like.

The hotel is superb in term of location: in front of the hotel is Namba Walk underground shopping area, Namba Station that led to basic everywhere you need to be like Dotombori, Tennoji, Shinsekai, Osaka Castle… This is the best place to be if these are in your list of sightseeing. Room size - big enough to open 2 suitcases at the same time, comfortable and cozy. Breakfast included were delicious. Washing machine and drying machine were in great condition and easy to use. Only thing is no water in the room but there is water dispenser on lvl 1 and b1 (not to fill up bottle tho)

- Great location. Right next to Namba train station and all the areas we wanted to wonder around (Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi) were a very short walk away - Staff were able able to speak English (we don't know any Japanese) and were friendly and welcoming. - Reasonable price - Room felt clean and reasonably well maintained considering the price we paid. - All basic amenities were available

- As expected, the room was definitely on the smaller side. Being a family of 4, physically small people, we managed to squeeze 2 onto each of the beds but it wasn't a comfortable sleep so I wouldn't recommend other families of 4, regular sized people try to do the same. Not the hotel's fault since they explicitly tell you the size of the two beds when you book but do note that the booking page does recommend this room for families of 4 people (2x adults and 2x kids).

It was a nice room, the perfect size for a solo traveller. The bathroom was small but that’s pretty standard for hotels in Japan. Amenities were provided in the lobby, including pyjamas and practically anything you could need. The hotel breakfast was also nutritional and tasty, with plenty of options. The location was really convenient, there was an entrance to Namba station right outside the hotel entrance, though you did have to walk around 5 minutes inside the station to get to the train lines. Dotonbori was only around a 15 walk away, which was also really nice. Overall, I would really recommend staying here.

The bed was a bit hard, and the pillow was flatter than I was used to, but it ultimately wasn’t that big of a deal.
