Great location, great place, very clean and the staff were lovely. Very pleasantly surprised that the room had a fridge, as it wasn't listed in the amenities. No kettle in the room, but you can take one from reception, and there is a coffee and hot/cold water machine at reception too, so I didn't bother taking a kettle to the room. I believe it is partly a love hotel, but it didn't bother me, and I really loved the room as soon as I walked in.

The only two things which were a little bit less than perfect were the noisy air-conditioning and the rather hard mattress, but honestly, they didn't bother me. If you're sensitive to noise, however, bear in mind that there is one you can turn off, but there's also something else, which seems to be automatically on.

-Location location location Staff are very helpful. Special mention to Naoki Furukawa. Very helpful and speaks english. One day my phone suddenly switched to japanese langiage and i cant figure out how to change it cant use google translate, google maps and google web. Anyway i went back to hotel out of frustration and worry. Naoki was happy to help and saved the day. So Arigato Gozaimasu! -tub soak is perfect after along day of walking. They provide the soak powder at the desk. I went for a dry massage and foot massage at donbori and finished out with a nice warm soak at the hotel. The next day i was at a better condition to walk. Also a nice experience with japanese shower where you sit in a small chair then soak

Everything about this hotel is perfection. I'm in Osaka 2x a year and I think I found my "turf" here. This is where I wanna stay all the time. The price & location = BEST DEAL EVER. Just 5min walk, you're in the Glico Man Sign already. There's a 7Eleven, Lawson, SunDrug nearby. There's also a Yoshinoya nearby. And of course, in 5mins as well, you're in a Don Quijote store! The train station is so near as well. The room, bathroom, toiletries, bath essentials, the availability of hair dryer & hair straightener = absolute perfection. There are kettles, unlimited water & coffee supply at the lobby. If you have your own bottle, you can have all the water you want! But they provide papercups too. And you can change your towels, sheets for free and they even offer it! Cherry on top is all the staff are so sooo nice! They speak very good English. I love it here! The staff were consistently very professional and accommodating. A slice of the Japanese way. We were given with what we needed before we ask for them. They were the best at what they do. We were always asked of what we needed everytime we check in for the day. We had to exchange our room door key for a small piece of laminated card, which I think is economically wise and secure. My husband might have not liked that part as much as I do because of the hassle of passing by the concierge before and after leaving the property.

Awesome location, right near bars, great food and the train station within 5-10 min walk Cheap and very clean. Bigger room than I expected. Would definitely recommend 24 hr reception was also a big plus as we had a late flight

The reception staff were really friendly and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located near the Metro/subway, as well as plenty of shops and restaurants, which made exploring the area super easy. They also provide amenities like hair irons/curlers, complimentary bath salts for a relaxing soak, and delicious lollipops!

Housekeeping only came in to empty the trash and replace the towels. The pillow was pretty uncomfortable, and the comforter/duvet didn't really fit the sheets properly, which made sleeping less cozy. Overall, while the basics were covered, the room could definitely use some improvements to make the stay more comfortable.

Very convenient location. Very short walks to the Dotonbori area as well to the subway stations. The toilets are big with a separate WC room and a shower/tub bathroom. I loved all the toiletries provided. Despite the size, the room was very comfortable. Hairdryer available in the room but items like a kettle needed to be borrowed from the front desk but it was honestly a very minor inconvenience. Guests can also use the microwave in the lobby/seating area with free coffee and water available.

The bedroom area is super cosy. The bed is a semi double and not a queen bed so set your expectations. You need to like your roommate or you will have problems cuddling up in the tiny bed. Small inconvenience of having to drop off the old school key at the reception desk everytime that you go out.

Our room was perfect. The bed is a small double bed, very comfortable and enough for two adults. The room was very clean and the size is like anywhere else in Japan, plenty of space for our two carry on suitcases tho. Air conditioning and a fridge in the room. Also hair dryer. Shower and bath were really good as well. We were on the 3rd floor, no noise, no bad smells. The location is Premium, close to everywhere and to the metro as well. Super friendly staff. You leave you key in reception, which makes sense as it is a massive keyring that you don't want to carry around.

I love the reception staff, polite yet friendly and super helpful despite my broken elementary-japanese language level. I also love that even though the room is small, their bath makes up for it. Our booked roon has a very nice bath tub and I love the hotel’s amenities specially the shampoo, conditioner makes your hair soft and smooth even in a very cold weather and also the body soap, all smell so good and feels relaxing after long tiring day walking around Osaka and other parts of Japan Will definitely come back again

I dont have anything to comment other than the room is small but its not much of a concern
