Smell of grilled food coming out of the vent at certain times at night or late afternoon (Corner room on the 2nd floor, forgot if it's room 204 or 215) Other than this, everything is 10/10.

Easy check in/out. Free water. Bathroom sink and shower connected. Bed comfortable. Staff suuuuper nice!!

Could hear lots of outside noise through the windows. People outside could be heard even when window was closed. Could also hear People walking in the hall way. BUT overall still very good price and stay. Not disappointed.

The hotel is close to Dontobori, just like 5 mins away. The location is amazing if you plan to walk around the city. The hotel is absolutely amazing for the price, and the bed is comfy. In the room, have free water, mini fridge and towels for your stay. The bathroom is a bit small, like Japanese style. But enough for you to make a hot tub after a long walk for a day. For the price I pay I think this hotel is amazing especially all staff.

- you have to return the key every time you go out. - They can not speak English much, but try their best to communicate with all the guests,that is awesome.

The hotel is in a good location close to the tourist spots. The room was modern and clean, and the staff were polite.

The room can be a bit noisy at night from the bar outside depending on where it's located.

The receptionist did her best to communicate with us even with a language barrier. We were able to check in easily even if we arrived late at night. The hotel is indeed walking distance from Namba Station and to Dotonbori area. Good hotel for transiting!

The bathroom is really small especially for bigger people. My brother had a hard time using the toilet since he is more than 6ft tall. However, I believe this is standard for hotels in Japan as we saw the same setup on our Tokyo hotel.

location was great. Plenty of restaurant and stores . Once you know how to get to the hotel as the sign is very small, it is easy from the train station .

the size of the room but the hotel rooms are smaller in Japan.

Location ! Super close to Dotonbori; however, the area was a bit weird at night. Not sketchy or dangerous, but weird. Still really nice though. My room was extremely spacious for the price. It was clean, the lighting was great. I enjoyed the decor, the amenities.

There's a lot of noise and yelling outside of the streets at night, but it is what it is. Not that big of a deal.

Very friendly staff and good location. Walking distance to everything (shopping district/subway/trains). Quite spacious rooms as well.

Excellent location! There are a few restaurants right in front of the hotel. Everything is just around the corner. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Toilet is a bit small, but still OK.

Amazing location and friendly staff… very near an effective laundromat that takes IC card. Free filter coffee and bathroom stuff.
