The food was good, the free evening bar in the lobby was an awesome addition. The hot spring was PERFECT after a long day of travel or walking around Osaka. The location was ideal with access to Dotonbori, Orange Street and Namba station to access the rest of Osaka
The only negative comment I can make is that the staff could have noted that the additional pillows in the lobby will run out very quickly as guests arrive to grab them and there is limited supply. The pillows provided in the rooms are VERY flat and low, so I'd say most people will want an additional pillow.

Super nice staff, our room was super clean and the hotel is located close to everything you must see in Osaka, open bar at night was really nice
We weren't allowed to enter the Onsen because of our tattoos

The staff was super friendly, although they spoke little or no English, they went out of their way and showed typical Japanese hospitality. The hotel is super comfortable, despite being compact in every way. The bar with drinks available is a good gesture, despite it always being empty and unattractive (it seems like guests aren't excited about free drinks, I can't imagine that happening in Europe hehe). The pillow menu is amazing and really helped enhance the experience. There are also amenities available for free at the front desk and the room was cleaned every day! There's also a smoking room and laundry avaliable 24/7.
You'll see it in other reviews, but I'll repeat: the hotel only has one elevator and the stairs are for emergency use only. This ends up causing congestion and unnecessary delays, as well as embarrassing situations. Another point are the onsen, which you won't be able to use if you have tattoos (normal in Japan, but worth reinforcing). The room was particularly small, one of the smallest I've been to in Japan... it's ok if you're just going to sleep, but the "table" for eating and working seems more made for children.

A PERFECTLY designed little room that was exactly what I was looking for. A comfortable bed with a small couch (that could convert into an additional futon I believe?) and a little side table that was perfectly proportional. A microwave, fridge and a typical Japanese shower tub completed the picture. The public bath was a selling point for me and I took full advantage of it's small but lovely setup. Really enjoyed the updated entertainment system that allowed me to log in to Netflix to relax (this was the last night of my trip and I was worn out and not interested in maximizing my time out of the room beyond grabbing dinner and doing a little shopping in nearby Dontonburi). Drinks and snacks in the lobby each evening were a lovely touch. They also offered a breakfast for an additional fee - I didn't take advantage of it but it looked great from what I saw. This is a pretty large chain of hotels and for short solo stays this would easily win over the few other similar styled ones I stayed at during my trip. Contactless checkout and friendly staff.
Nothing!

The breakfast was simple but comforting, the soup was delicious and there is also salad and bread. Check-in was a good experience, staff speaking English quiet fluent and she managed to get us additional bed with reasonable price (because I was travelling with little kid and didn't realise that only booked for two persons), turned out better with the additional bed. Even though the room is too small, but they also have Onsen facility that we had really like. And it's also 5 mins walk to Dotonburi.
Probably the size of the room, but in Japan, we can't really bother about that.

The customer service here is fantastic. The front desk people were very thorough with explaining everything. Also, the wall in the lobby where you could choose different kinds of pillows is wonderful! In the afternoons, the hotel provides a free happy hour service in the lobby, and you can mix your own drinks. The quality of the liquor won't be amazing, but nothing can beat free. There are three different convenience stores just a step away from the hotel, which is super convenient especially if you want to compare the fried chicken from different convenience store chains lol. The rooms are small as expected, but I really like the placement of the desk/table. Usually in other hotels it's a long, extremely narrow desk, but here you have a much more reasonable squarish shape that is large enough to throw stuff on AND still have space for you to work on your laptop if you want to. One amazing thing about the onsen here is that it's open all through the night! If you have tattoos like me that can't be covered up by stickers, you can go in at off-peak hours so you can still enjoy a nice soak without getting in trouble.
This place is NOT close to subway station entrances. You'll have to drag your luggage through the streets for maybe 10-15 minutes, and some parts can be quite bumpy. It's a big of a slog. I have garbage memory, so the passcode system is a bit of a hassle for me. I prefer using card keys. There's only one bath in the onsen, and it's quite small and lukewarm.

Very good hotel! Near Dotonbori and many foodplaces, but further from Osaka centre. The metro is near, so that wasn’t a big problem. Even a familymart across the street. Friendly staff and possibility to store our luggage as well at the end. The hotelroom is cosy, like most hotels with the basic facilities. You can choose your own pillow downstairs (first come, first served though) and complementary beauty samples. The onsen was a nice feature. Our toilet was leaking a bit on the floor and they moved us to another hotelroom without a problem. From 17-20u there is possiblity to get a free drink from their bar downstairs, we only used it once though since the time frame was not in our favour.
A standard room is good for a couple, but might be tight in space if you are not used to be close with each other. There are bigger rooms available though!

The staff is great, they did their best to help me in English since I don't speak Japanese. Friendly, respectful and cheerful. A special thank you to Haruka and Sakai for their professional work. It's a great location for shopping galore, restaurants of every kind and short walks to various transportation hubs. The Onsen was perfect which was a daily routine and the evening free cocktails were much appreciated. When I go back to Osaka/Dotonbori area, I'm staying here again.

Loved the onsen, was great having that to return to in the evening to soak away the day's fatigue. Staff were very nice and helpful, and the ability to borrow a better (possibly) pillow for the stay was nice. During booking Free Hotel WiFi was not listed, however pleasantly surprised to see the hotel did in fact have free WiFi. Welcome Bar was awesome.
Not much I'd complain about for a business hotel. Location was pretty great for Dotombori or if you'd like to visit Americatown. However, I would warn families with curious children that there were multiple adult entertainment establishments nearby and it did feel a tad seedy, might wish to be careful or vigilant. Was pretty funny explaining the signboards to my travelling companion though.

Location of Hotel is super near the famous Dotumburi where all the tourist attraction there and night life shops and resturants, also Namba subway exit B4 from Namba walk is only 5 mins to hotel along with 2 convience stores in front of hotel. The reception person who I think is the guy manager if I am not mistaken spelling is Mr, Araki who is a very welcoming person not just to me but every person I notice, he gives much attention to each guest inquiries and very helpful, Meeting him I felt I become a family with everyone there his guidance and explaination about the hotel is awesome, to the extent I didnt need to read or ask anything after I met him. Rooms are cozy and clean and all amneties complete and you coild choose types of pillow from the reception and best of all there is happy hours from 5pm to 8pm at the lobby lounge with all drinks available only to in house guests what a nice gesture indeed .
Only the lighting of the room, the celing light should be lower in brightness or can be controlled to low, because once you open it is too bright and many people sensitive to bright light
