Stayed there twice first room was kinda warm and not able to change temp. 2nd room better and also adjustable room temp was perfect. For traveling to airport is it the perfect location with the Nankai-Limited Express

Checkin via machine is not so social but personal was helpful.

I loved this hotel, it was the perfect location with 3 marts nearby and so close to Dontunburi. It was easy to get to from the Bus Terminal, just a short 10 minute walk. The property has nearby public transport so moving around Osaka is simple and efficient. There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby so plenty to choose from. The room was super clean and had all the ammenities that you need. They do not clean every day but are happy to if you leave the cleaning label on the door. They leave fresh towels and ammenities on your door for you to take when you need a refresh. The bathroom was clean and easy to use, with an extractor fan and shower/bath. I was on the 10th floor and didn't expect a view so was fine with not getting one. The lifts are quick and easy and I was rarely waiting. The WiFi was good, I only used it for my phone but it did the job.

The location was fantastic, close to Dontonbori and under 10mins walk form 3 Osaka Metro Station and 15 from the Nankia Namba Station, which is directly linked to KIX International Airport. The room, whilst small compared to Australian Hotels, was perfect for what was required, a clean comfortable place to sleep. The staff were fantastic very polite and helpful from the Front Desk, to the Kitchen and the Room Service workers absolutely perfect.

The Breakfast was OK but for us we didn't really have time to sit around to eat because we were up and out seeing everything and ate when we were out.

Excellent location and amenities. Being a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens), we had a double room and the teens shared a quadruple room. The rooms were small by normal standards but everything was included. Loved the toothbrush, better quality than most hotel toiletries. Buffet breakfast was good.

There’s no seats in the reception area. After a long flight, we arrived there a few hours before check in time (3pm). We couldn’t check in early (otherwise had to pay the early fee) but there wasn’t even a space for us to sit and rest for a bit. We ended up going around and stayed in the dining area of 7-11 next door.

The accommodation is located in a very good location. Near the train station, near Dotbonri, near many tourist attractions and restaurants. Very recommended for people looking for accommodation in a good location. at a reasonable price

There is too much dust. both on the carpet and on the bed The light from the dark curtains lets in light. Makes sleeping uncomfortable The bedroom is very small. If anyone has a large suitcase We do not recommend because it cannot be fully opened But in the small bathroom in that room It is very clean and provides complete supplies. I loved many things in this excellent hotel. Here's a list. Efficient check-in and check-out. Friendly staff. Outstanding central location. Nearby convenience stores. Modern hotel/room. Excellent room design (efficient use of space). Two key cards provided (can use one for power and one for the door). Cleanliness. Laundry and vending machines available on some floors. Great value overall.

There were no notable issues that I can think of, especially considering the price.

The customer service was great. The staff were all very polite and professional. Hotel is in a noisy area but in the room it was nice and quiet. The room was small, cosy for 1 person. Bed was comfy and clean. I loved the kimono style lounge wear and slippers. The stand out was the amazing table and large mirror with nice bright lighting where I could comfortably put my make-up on!

No cleaning of the room during your stay. They leave a bag hanging on your door knob with fresh towels daily. You can put a magnet sign on your door to have your room made up but they don't change linen/bedding etc. If you don't request to have your room made, your bins are not emptied.

Our family got to share a connected family room which was convenient. The hotel was filled with many amenities and appliances including a kettle, hair dryer, shared microwave and ice machine, coin washing machine and dryers, and yukata. Our favourite was the shampoo and conditioner. It’s conveniently located near a train station, with 3 convenience stores near by, a short walk away from Dotonbori with a nice night view out the window.

The rooms are quite small but that was to be expected (luggage storage available under the beds). There’s also another APA hotel chain just down the street so don’t get them confused!

The location of this hotel is fantastic. There's so much on your doorstep. It's fairly easy to get from the airport and not too far from a metro stop. The rooms are small and the bathroom is compact, but both are well kitted out with everything you might need provided. It was slightly complicated with two large rucksacks, but we made it work. The mattress and the pillows were very comfortable; we slept well. The Japanese breakfast each morning was great. There was so much to choose from. There's a laundrette for guests which was handy, although it could get busy at night. All in all, a nice stay and we'd definitely consider staying again if in Osaka.

The room was quite hot, maybe due to its size, and the road could be a bit noisy at night with the window open. But we had good ear plugs and so it wasn't too much of a problem.

The APA hotels I stay at have had small but very comfortable and functional rooms. It has just what you need and not much more. I remember the crazy books that they used to have in the rooms but those aren't around any more. They're generally a good deal and the breakfasts are pretty good. They're also everywhere in Japan. I got a great rest and I was at the edge of Dotonbori which isn't the quietest area in Osaka.

The room was small and the lighting is very bright. I wasn't expecting breakfast to be included but it was - that's a booking.com oddity on this trip, not the hotel's fault.
