Everything. We were two males (not a couple) and considering it’s more of a couple hotel this place was our absolute favorite in Japan. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Room was HUGE for Japanese standards.

Only negative is due to it technically being a ‘love/couple’ hotel you must hand in the room key to reception every single time you leave the property and then ask for them back when you return. Can be a tad frustrating but understand why they do it to control any unknown guests from coming into the hotel and ensuring no underage people sneak in. Small criticism

honestly a great place to stay! very minimal interaction so you can stay and go put anytime through the monitor in the room. super sound proof and the bath is a little small but everything there was so clean and quiet and it’s bang in the centre too so super convenient!

as great as it was, I did get a little anxious because if you leave and come back, you can’t just unlock the door you need to ask leave and come back so you’re kind of locked in. also the karaoke is really great and fun but the selection of songs are limited

The breakfast was good, but I've had a better free breakfast at other places. However, I love that you included bath stuff and refilled it every day. In addition, a smaller room was less expensive at another place so it was a better deal overall. Also,, you had free karaoke which is unique!

The overintrusiveness of the staff. It's a love hotel. People are probably naked. Staff should have more patience when at the door or ringing the patron on the phone.

The staff was very nice and the breakfast was delicious.

The bed was a little hard.

The hotel is close to the action in Osaka (near Namba, Glico sign, restaurants, etc.). I wasn't looking for an "adult" hotel, per se, but usually they are nicer than standard hotels. Even though this was way more expensive, I decided to stay. There were issues with booking, but they were eventually resolved. The lobby was nice and modern, but that's pretty much were it ended. There were issues with the room (see below), but we made the best of it and had a nice time away from home. Breakfast was decent.

The staff were less than friendly, and made me wait exactly when my reservation started (literally until the last second). The room was standard, but the walls were dirty and wallpaper was peeling in some places. The bed was large, but the bottom mattress wasn't covered by a sheet, and I could see the entire mattress was yellowed and stained. It was pretty gross, and made me uncomfortable to sleep in it. The price I paid was grossly inflated compared to the walk-in price, so I do not recommend making a reservation. If you want to check this place out, take your chances and walk in. Don't pay what I did. It's not worth it. The price did include breakfast, but I had to practically beg for it because I didn't order by a certain time, which was not mentioned to me during the check-in process. Again, the staff weren't very friendly or forthcoming with information. She basically just threw the key at me and walked back to her little cave. In the end, I realized this is not a love hotel trying to welcome regular guests, like many love hotels are trying to do to generate income, but a love hotel that joined Booking.com to snare unsuspecting customers like me. I will never stay here again.

would not let me and my friends to come in my room

Bed springs were broken. Asked for refund as we only stayed 1 night and our backs were sore. Tried to get refund they said to contact booking.com Tried to do that but there are no options, booking.com says to contact property. Won’t book with booking.com again or stay at hotel sen again No refund was given

We booked well in advance and even confirmed arrival time day of stay but on arrival to property they said booking had been cancelled and we didn't have a room so we had to book somewhere last minute. We had also already paid for the accomm.
