The location of the hotel is excellent – very central and only a 5-minute walk to the nearest subway station. From there, you can easily reach almost anywhere, even a direct connection to Nara. Although the hotel is located right next to the lively Dotonbori area, it was still very quiet inside. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always accommodating our requests.

The only minor downside was the bathroom, which was quite small. The room itself was compact too, but that’s quite common in Japan and wasn’t an issue. If the bathroom had been a little larger, it would have been perfect.

Very conveniently located hotel in the heart of Dotonbori! We stayed here for two nights and appreciated the closeness of Dotonbori as well as Namba Station. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, despite our rusty Japanese (and they could speak perfect English anyway, although we preferred to converse in Japanese for practice and as a courtesy to the country/culture). We were able to store luggage before check-in and after check-out which was very helpful. The hotel also offers free pancakes and takoyaki in a little dining area, which was cute! Coin laundry was also available, and the check-in machines allow you to exchange bills for coins. Our room was on the top floor and had a great view of the river-side. Everything was clean and spacious enough (for Japan), and we would stay here again.

The main entrance is on a slightly seedier street, but it never felt unsafe even if we preferred to use the river entrance after receiving our room cards that allowed us access through the second entrance.

Location is awesome. Staff was friendly and helpful. They accept and ship luggage. Check in and check out process was straight forward. The rooms are small, but there is plenty of room under the bed to store your luggage.

Rooms are Japanese business hotel small. You aren't moving around much in the room with 2 people in the room. You aren't going to fully unpack your luggage. Picture it as staying in an RV sized place. If you are looking for a place to stay for a few nights near Dotoboni, it's worth looking in to. Anything more than a few days, and need more space, I would say look for something else.

The hotel is very conveniently located right at Dotonbori canal, but still quiet. The rooms are small but my wife and I had enough space and never felt that the room was too small. The whole interior design is very modern with lots of well thought through details and beds are comfortable. The personal was very helpful. I had left a pullover in my room and they made it possible to send it to my next hotel in Tokyo on time. This was such a pleasant experience, thank you so much! Oh and we loved the free pancakes and enjoyed the automated pancake machine. Awesome experience.

Pros:The best Location!! It is a 3-5 min walk to Dotonbori glico man and about 7-10 min walk to shinsaibashi shopping area, Namba station. It has a nice patio overlooking the river. Unlimited coffee, tea and pancakes. Room has individual AC unit which is a good thing. We prefer room temp at 68 F when sleeping. Staff were accommodating, we got fresh towels everyday. The shampoo conditioner and body wash were of high quality. Cons: they don’t clean the room everyday.

The hotel is very centrally location in Dotonburi Osaka, but worth noting if you would prefer a quieter area it might not be for you as the streets outside are very busy at all times. The staff were extremely helpful prior to our arrival in answering my questions and friendly during my stay.

The twin room was very compact, the smallest we encountered during our trip, and we struggled in the room having 2 large cases.

Location is excellent. Breakfast was good but change variety of meals is advisable. It's repetitive everyday. Snacks from 4-8pm is a plus.

I am not sure why housekeeping is every after 4th day of the stay. Makes no sense if you stay for 3 days only.

No daily cleaning, extremely small rooms. Also they provide us with a basket to leave dirty towels outside and they put a set of clean towel in it for us to use. I wonder if they clean the basket before putting the fresh towels in it. If not I find it disgusting. We put our floor mat in it as well.

This was such a perfect place near Dotonburi! It was right on the river and it was perfect. The rooms are small, however it is expected in Japan. We did not eat the breakfast buffet in the morning because we wanted to eat at other places. The free pancake after breakfast hours was also super adorable. Definitely a very convenient hotel in Osaka!

Location of the hotel was 5 minutes walk away from the main Dotonbori strip which was very good for ease of access into the main shopping and restaurant area. It was also 1 minute walk away from Don Quixote (not the main one with the ferris wheel) so buying last minute souvenirs was also convenient.

The rooms are quite small. Not surprising for a hotel that is so centrally located but something to be aware of especially if travelling around with big suitcases.
