The room was cosy and the bathroom was amazing. The facilities were alot cleaner than most of the hotels we've been to. One of the best thing about the hotel is that it is very near to Dotonburi - which made everything really accessible. There is also a Lawson and 7-11 right downstairs, along with a very highly rated ramen restaurant which operates until 2am. The staff were very helpful during our stay and are really pleasant to talk to.

The room is very clean and cosy, had a good rest after a long day. Room is slightly small but an acceptable size for my family as we can open 2 big luggages while unpacking. It’s located near one of the train station exit 24 (with lift), and there is convenience stores (Lawson is one of the best) located nearby. Also, near the popular Dotonbori street - lots of food & shopping. Process to check-in and check-out is smooth and we can leave our luggages first while waiting for the time to check in. Staffs are nice and helpful.

It is walking distance to all the food and shopping. Far enough from the late night party noises. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was great.

The rooms were very cramped. Barely enough room for 2 people to move around. It's very hard to access luggage bags. They only provide amenities for the adults of the room. Even though we booked for 2 adults and 1 child, they did not provide anything for the child. The bed is just big enough for 2 adults, but not with a 12 year old child too. The booking should mention that the child would have to be in the same bed as the adults.

The location was great, very central, just steps from the busy Dotonbori but just far enough it wasn't so crowded as the main street. The breakfast was great, but not really "breakfasty" in the sense that it had just regular lunch/dinner foods like curry, noodles and other local dishes. It was fun though! Bed was comfy and room had everything needed for a couple of nights stay. There was a happy hour which was nice, you could make your own coctail or have a machine pour you a beer!

Room was super small, we had to do some serious tetris to manage ourselves and our luggages (mind you we both had just one piece). The breafast was running low on most mornings, one croissant left etc, not sure if they were trying to keep things fresh or avoid throwing away at the end of breakfast.

The hotel is literally right on Dotonbori, so access to good food is just a hop, skip, and a jump away. Staff was friendly and helpful, even for our luggage transfer after checkout. There's a free happy hour starting at 14:00 for those who want to pregame before a night on the town. The hotel was stylish and very sleek.

Rooms were definitely on the cozier side, but the beds are lifted for luggage storage, so it could be worse. Breakfast was decent and included Osaka specialties such as okonomiyaki and takoyaki, but was otherwise pretty run of the mill. Being on Dotonbori, night noises can leak in somewhat, but it was not problematic (maybe due to us being on the 13th floor).

The location was excellent for what we were looking for. It was very central and busy, with every type of restaurant available. We were travelling with teenagers and it felt safe enough for them to go out shopping in the evening on their own. We enjoyed the “Welcome Drinks” that were offered every day. The breakfast was well worth it!

The rooms are very small. We had to book two rooms - one for my husband and me, and one for our daughter. The hotel was accommodating and the two rooms were beside each other. Our friends were also on the same floor.

We did not take the breakfast but we did go to the "happy hour"-- mix your own drinks and snacks. It is in the same card-protected room on the first floor as breakfast. It was clean and very pleasant and we had a nice time chatting with other travelers. The location for visiting Dotomburi is the best! Take the bus to Namba (get tickets to the right as you descend the escalator) from the Itami airport-- It was so easy. It is a short walk to Vessel Inn Namba from the second stop (not the Namba Station stop which is below ground level)-- the bus driver will know.

Breakfast was excellent, great selection of food and beverage. I was there around 7am, not busy at all. Staff were very friendly, helpful and highly efficient.

Since I only stayed here for one night, I was put in the second floor, the lobby floor which is perfectly fine. The room was at the end which is also fine. I'm not sure the layout of the room, I had to climb up and down (from the bed end) to my bed as it's just fit in one corner. The bed was quite hard though, but ok for one night.

Comfortable stay at vessel. Comfortable bed. Quite new it seems. It had everything i needed. Location very convenient. I would stay here again.
