RetourNANBA exceeded all expectations with its exceptional and efficient check-in service, making the start of our stay seamless and enjoyable. The room was incredibly spacious and luxurious, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a jacuzzi-style bathtub that added a touch of relaxation and indulgence. To top it off, they surprised us with free cakes upon check-in, adding a delightful and thoughtful touch to our amazing experience. Its location is unbeatable, being so close to the vibrant Dotonbori area, making it the perfect spot for anyone looking to explore Osaka.

Keep in mind that you’ll need to contact reception to unlock your front door or leave the premises, which can be a bit cumbersome. This establishment is highly recommended for singles and couples but is not intended for families.

This hotel is conveniently located near Namba station and OCAT bus terminal, and the room more spacious and well-equipped than regular hotels in the area (for the same price range). You will be blessed with a huge TV, a radio panel and a light control panel to set the mood, and anything you need "for action". There was also a wide range of cosmetics and a fancy bathroom to make yourself nice and clean at anytime in the night. Breakfast was included and delivered to the room whenever we decided between 6 and 9am. I picked the chicken sandwich, which came with a few nuggets and fries. It tasted really nice, and they also had a nice selection of items in their menu, available for you to order anytime.

As it is often the case in love hotels, you cannot get out of your room without calling the front desk, so I would recommend getting everything you need before check-in (dinner, convenience store ...). The remote controller for the TV was wet and sticky, so I would recommend caution handling controllers.

Perfect location and breakfast up to choice! People don't know english but still able to communicate. If you know what a love hotel is, it has all the expected services. Lockers are also available 24/7.

Be aware that it is a love hotel, meaning the room is thought for couples and not for families! We did not like the lack of windows, even if this is for the sake of privacy. We also did not like the tobacco smell in the room.

Check-in is confusing

The breakfast, the location and the shower where really nice. It saved our stay for one night, but we would have not chosen it if we would have known what a Love hotel was. All the services are perfect for what you would expect from a love hotel, though! There are lockers in the basement that were really useful for us.

It is very important to note that it is a love hotel, which means that it is only focused for old people. Taking into account the high rotation, the room was not clean enough from our perspective, and the check-in for people from booking could be improved.

Great location and good value

Not too clean and doors were locked by stuff and we couldn’t leave the room for longer time. That gave us a really bad vibe.

The price of 300 euros a night was a disgrace for a room with a brick wall against the window, poor quality furnishing, poor light, battered walls, doors, no wifi in the room, no kettle, breakfast was sub standard.
