Room is clean and comfortable. Price is so good for this area. There are many restaurants and family mart around this area. Walking to Otaru station by15 min or you can take bus from train station and walk 5 min. Anyway, the hard thing is the walking way to the hotel is cover by snow in winter time. And you have to carry your luggages climb up on the stair with snow to the destination. This is the most hardest part but others thing is good.

Spacious enough for our family of 4. Clean, easy to check in. There’s a washing machine that can be used. It was clean and the location was near many attractions (it’s on a hill so we do get a good walk after dinner :))

If there was a dryer, it would be even better. One bedroom doesn’t have AC but as it has a connecting door to the next bedroom with AC, it wasn’t a big problem for us. We saw that they provided us with fans that can be moved around the apartment too.

Very clean, well equiped room in great location within walking distance of great restaurants and tourist areas. Great views. Walking distance from Minami Otaru station so convenient to access on foot/public transport. Recommended.

Check in (remote) was overly complicated and I got so many emails from the provider that I lost track of the most recent and relevant messages. Up some steep steps - not accessible to less mobile people. Steep road to carpark which is a bit challenging in snowy conditions.

I stayed in room 404. The room was spacious. I stayed with 2 people and felt the room was good. The bathroom was nice, with a hot tub, shower cream, shampoo, toothbrushes and towels. There is a washing machine, laundry detergent, laundry basket as well as a clothes drying rack. The kitchen has all the equipment including an electric stove. Microwave oven, dryer, pans, pots, as well as plates, cups, spoons, bottle openers and knives. Except the condiments are not provided. The living room has a television, Wi-Fi, and telephone. The bedroom has a comfortable bed and an extra mattress. There is a wardrobe. and heaters, fans, vacuum cleaners There is a balcony and the view from this room is very beautiful. Check-in was very easy. Even though I'm not a Japanese person and can't speak English, the reception staff understood what I was communicating. I like this place, even though it's up on the mountain, it's beautiful and private. Below the mountain in front is a side road with restaurants and nightclubs. Below the mountain in the back is a shopping street, Otaru Canal. I will come back to stay here again. It's very good for me.

Location was good, near the restaurant street but note that the route up is steep, driving is a must. Quiet area and there is sufficient parking lots. Room was relatively clean and amenities was well-provided for. Just a note that we stayed at the level 1 floor corner room, which was next to the parking lot hence it was not as ideal.

Very clean and comfortable, with everything inside you could need, to a high standard. Small details that elevate a place to a more homely level. A basket of towels and a clothes dryer. Fluffy blankets, and thick bathroom mat. Lovely warm toilet seat. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend and would definitely go back.

We like to sleep with a window open at night (even in winter, without heating) but when our window was open, our apartment filled with the smell of kerosene from the apartment upstairs running their heater, as their expeller vent or flue/chimney was right next to our window. Not an issue in summer, or if you don't open your window, but if you do like an open window and the weather is cool/cold maybe ask for an apartment away from the chimney/vent so you don't get the kerosene filling your apartment.

Property is clean and well equipped. Detailed Instruction to check in was provided before arrival. We managed to pre registered the check in requirement beforehand hence on site check by using the tablet to connect with staff was speedy. Location is close to main walking street in Otaru. We drove so everywhere was close by. We had a comfortable stay.

Parking can be a big challenging for bigger car .

Everything is good, price is cheaper. The only dislike is the location as it is quite hidden away in the residential neighborhoods. During winter time, one of the parking next to the stay is inaccessible, therefore the only parking available is further above the stay. Road to the parking is quite steep, if you are driving during winter please do get a 4WD car with winter tyre.

Convenient location and had good views. Check in was easy via a tablet. It is also near a temple that we got to visit on New Year's Day. Place was very clean.

Getting to the car park was tricky due to the slope of the single lane road and the snow. The apartment was also very small and did not have a dining area.

Check-in was a breeze! The process was quick and efficient, and even handling the payment for an extra guest was simple and hassle-free. Everything was clearly communicated, which made the start of our stay stress-free. The staff were friendly and helpful, setting a great tone for the rest of our trip.
