The apartment is well equipped with kitchen, washing machine and appliances that makes it easy to cook and wash ski gears. The living area is quite big, which is good for traveling groups to hang out. Overall it is very clean, the beddings were quite comfortable. The restaurant inside the hotel is also reasonably priced. The ski valet service is very good, the boards are out and dry on mornings when we leave for the slopes.

Its location is not a real ski in ski out, you need to take the lift to the main ski area. The ski in slope is not friendly for snowboarders so you have to take the gondola back to the hotel area. There’s not many food options nearby, only alternatives are restaurants in the ClubMed and it’s quite expensive.

Location was great, easy access to ski field gondola. Apartments were clean and beautiful. Bed was lovely. Facilities were great. Breakfast buffet was great.

Smoking area at the front entrance to the hotel, at times smoke came into lobby and cafe area. Yukashi restaurant was a little hit and miss, Japanese menu was disappointing as not authentic. Would have loved an outdoor coffee stall or van in the snow with seating. Third party shuttle service to Otaru not operated by hotel. Free shuttle would have been amazing.

Another noteworthy aspect was the nice access to the lift, facilitating easy movement to and from our apartment, further enhancing our overall experience. Overall, the combination of a family-friendly atmosphere, spacious accommodations, ttconvenient dining options, and easy lift access made our stay memorable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this apartment to any family looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Everything was perfect except "No towl policy at OnSen' It was really unpleasant to bring towl from my room to OnSen and to see the locker room floor all wet, when it should have been dry, due to the no-towel policy at the OnSen. I'm not sure if this is their 'green policy,' but it definitely needs to be corrected.

The luxury decor of the service apartment. We got wonderful views of snow and skiers practicing right at the doorstep. Their ski-in and ski-out with ski valet is superb. My children loves the staff at the ski valet. The apartment has washing machine with drying function which added to the convenience of cleaning their wet ski gears. 5stars

Beautiful apartment

Most guests using it as a hotel but rooms not serviced every day. Restaurant not big enough and not able to get dinner when we arrived - had to use room service which was more limited and more expensive. An email to let us know to book dinner would have been good before arriving.

This is not really a hotel.....it is more like a condominium rental...I wanted extra pillows...they wanted to charge. They advertise ski in, ski out....not correct because no staff to manage lift.....but Mr. Allan made this ok and did not charge for pillows...lol....and I asked for extra coffee for room coffee machine....they wanted to charge...I said no and Mr. Allan sent it up for free.....seems like they want to charge for everything...Onsen was great!!

hardware is perfect. clean and spacious room. Food is ok too, though not great.

Staff definitely need more training. Ski valet staff are not very helpful and one day there was no staff there. We wasted so much time in finding our skis. We requested for twin beds but it came as a king bed which was fine but when I requested for one more quilt, the staff gave me a mini baby blanket, totally unhelpful and untrained. They over charged me for breakfast too. I had to ask them to correct the bill upon check out while my bus was almost leaving, making us very hectic. Overall the staff made us very frustrated.

The three bedroomed apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Yu Kiroro is really ski in and ski out as the gondola/chair lift to the main resort area is about 50m away and if the snow is not too deep, it is easy to ski back if you miss the last gondola. The ski valet service is excellent.

Limited parking in front of the building so we had to park a bit further away.

The rooms are great.

The washer is not good. The area used to have a frequent shuttle that runs from kiroro to Otaru but not anymore. It makes it inconvenient for people who don’t drive. The restaurant service is slow and orders got missed out. We had a meal that was served cold!
