Amazing breakfast and snackbar. Rooms were clean and staff was very nice

The hotel allows some people to try and sell goods to you on the indoor walkway to breakfast each morning. Most of them are nice, but there was a group of ladies trying to sell a very overpriced tea ceremony to tourists that were very pushy. It felt a bit scammy and was surprising such a nice hotel would allow that.

Breakfast hall was spacious and had good dishes to offer. Our room was very clean.

Quite off center from areas of interest. Beds were a bit overused already. No small window for fresh air. No gym (at least a couple of treadmills and some weights) and no place to eat ala carte, the hall would have been a terrific venue.

Staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Front desk staff member was thoughtful and helped us explore many different options for transport to the airport. He assisted us in booking a taxi to the Sapporo station for the airport transfer.

The rooms were dated but amenities were nice.

Rooms are big, clean. Nice and firm bed with clean sheets. Courteous staff. Nice view of Sapporo. Short walk to the end of Odori Park.

About 4 blocks away from shopping and food places. Limited food outlet in the Hotel. Breakfast buffet can be improved.

the room is spacious. nice bathroom. provided free lounge session where u can have free beers and wines. nice place for relaxation. nice view from the 19th floor room.

car park a bit expensive for in house guest. if charge 1000 yen per night would be very good value.

The b/f was great and we enjoyed the spread very much. In fact, it was the best b/f we had in our whole entire trip to Hokkaido.

Nothing to complain.
