This is my first time travel to Sapporo, Hokkaido. Hotel’s location is 10/10! Located in front of Odori Park. If you come during winter in February, there is a Snow Festival in front of the hotel. And it was very beautiful. Room I booked was spacious for solo traveller. Wifi was super fast. Bathroom was also spacious and completed with bathup. You can take extra amenities provided in the lobby. Bed was comfortable. Hotel provide pajamas as well and it was very comfortable. For tourist attractions such as Sapporo TV Tower, Clock Tower, Goverment Building and Susukino St, can be accessed by walk. Street car station is only 4 minutes walk. All staff was very nice. I had everything I needed during my stay. Will be back another time. Thank you

Our family of 5 stayed for 3 nights in a family triple room and a queen room. The stay was very good. First, the location. It is right across the street from Odori Park, but towards a part of the park that really doesn't have anything going on at, so it's nice and quiet. The airport bus dropoffs across the park about 3 minutes walk away, but the pickup point for the airport bus is about a 10-minute walk away several blocks further. The main commercial and shopping area of Sapporo is about a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. And there are subway lines about the same distance away. Sapporo Station is probably a 15 minute walk away. Sapporo is relatively flat, so walking around the city is really easy. The hotel itself is pretty standard Best Western. A couple of the front desk agents didn't really speak English well, but Google translate is easy to use for communication. The rooms, as expected in Japan, are small, but all that you need is in there. We had zero issues during our stay and would be happy to return.

It's clean and has good security! The staff were helpful when I needed to use 宅急便 to send my luggage from Sapporo to Tokyo. When it rained on the day I checked out, they helped me call a taxi (with an additional fee) coz I was carrying lots of stuff.

Only one elevator so you'll have to wait a bit for it to arrive but aside from that all is good.

Price is reasonable, staff was helpful specially when my bank card was blocked they helped me call my home country to sort it out. I came at the time of snow falling, walked approx ~500m to tunnel to get to the train/shop avoiding the freezing cold and snow.

Need to improve the clothes dryer

Actually it quite far from JR sapporo station. Took 20 mins to walk. The hotel located in the middle of 2 subway station(of tozai line). The area itself have only convenience store. So if you prefer a hotel closer to the happening part of the city/JR station, this might not suit you.

Room cleaned everyday. It was exceptionally clean and tidy after cleaning. Thank you. There is a lovely lobby downstairs used to serve breakfast but somehow stopped. We bought takeaway and enjoyed there at our last night of stay. The manager turned on the 'candles' for us. Enjoyed the night Hope the restaurant will reopen soon. I like having breakfast in hotel before starting off the day.

The location was great got a good view of Odori Park. The room was spacious and very clean. There was space behind the door to hang some clothes and put my large luggage. The bed headboard had usb charging ports. The free wifi was good. The laundry room had the washer and dryer combo, there were English instructions, and my favorite part was you can set your own pincode to lock it so no one can take out your laundry. It was great to travel around Sapporo and come back to the hotel.

The laundry room didn't have a coin machine but if you go to the front desk they can break a 1,000 yen note for you easily. The thermostat was hard to use.

The location was great for the snow festival and a short streetcar ride to see the ice sculptures. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I Always felt welcomed when we came into this hotel.

Hotel is located in a very quiet area. Though it is not very close to the shopping area, we still could walk there. The room is so clean which makes us feel comfortable to stay there for a couple days.
