Good location in walking distance from Sapporo station and main tourist attractions. Quiet room. Room design is from 20th century, but everything is in very good condition and working fine, including even the built-in radio. Staff is very nice and helpful.

They insist on leaving room keys on reception, very unusual today. Only one microwave is available, and it is on the highest floor. The microwave is not very easy to use and its descriptions are in japanese language only.

There's a lovely view over a local park; you're five minutes walk from Ohori park and the subway network. There are in theory five restaurants, including one which does nice rice bowls with grilled-to-order pork. I get the impression this hotel mostly exists to do fairly fancy weddings.

Two of the restaurants were closed the night we tried to use them, and two of the others felt very unwelcoming to a gaijin family with a small child.

Although the location is quite far from the JR train station, most of the walk is along the basement mall, away from the hazards of the winter on the streets. However, the last stretch, which is about two blocks away, is still along the streets. Breakfast is good though choices are quite limited. The hotel is just a block away from Odori Park but we were a bit too early for the ice carving event.

We spent three nights in the Deluxe Twin room of this hotel. It is about 700 meters away from the JR Sapporo Station, which will take you some time to walk. Anyway the room is clean and spacious, and the beds are comfortable. Staff in the front desk are very polite and friendly. They even printed a page of my electronic ticket for me.

Distance between the hotel and the JR station is a little bit far.

The value for money. The size of the room was big enough for me, the room looked like having been modified from a twin room to a single room. There was a sofa in place of a removed bed and a big space. The location is in a quiet business area of the city, the hotel was facing to the prefecture government building and its garden. A kind staff brought an iron to my room, when I asked for one.

The location. It's standing in a business area, not an active area with restaurants and bars. But actually it's easy to find a bar and a cafe in a walking distance. I'd recommend to ask at the reception or search in the internet.

Location was great, just a short walk to all places of interest. Spacious rooms, welcoming and accommodating staff. They replied to my after the booking enquiries very quickly. We arrived with car, so we're very happy to be able to use the parking.

An amazing place. The location is very close by walking to the JR Sapporo Station once you work it out :-) or a short 3-minute taxi ride that will cost you just ¥670. The staff were very kind and welcoming - 本当にありがとうございます. The room was amazing, especially the layout, a long couch which was useful for chilling out and doing work as well as a good shower.

Very clean facility from lobby to lift to corridor leading to room. Room was adequate size for small family, with good view. Relatively easy underground walk to reach the hotel. Definitely recommended for family stays.

May be time to retire the infamous “golden key”, giving guest better privacy and security not having to drop off the key when leaving the property every time.

The staff were really nice. We forgot our key inside our room and they were really nice about it. The beds were comfortable.

Some of the furnitures were old and dirty. There's a smell in the bathroom which i think is coming from the pipes, to which i think can be solve easily. The floors werent properly vacuumed. also i think it would've been nice if there was a microwave in the room or hallway.

Great location, welcome staff, accessible parking lot right below the hotel (some hotels in the city centre have parking areas separate from the hotel building). Clean, organized.
