1. Easy walk from Sapporo train station by street or underground walkway 2. 20 meters away from exit 5 or 7 underground street on the surface. 3. Family mart and lawson very close, D matcha green tea shop just in the corner 4. Buffet breakfast

1. 2 Very small pillows….hope in the future bigger or extra pillows be available😂….really small and thin for my liking. 2. Buffet breakfast for 4 days….but all food is the same for 4 days. Hope atleast change 2 dishes for MWFSun and TTHSat. Everything is good and delicious no doubt about it. Chicken casserole or spaghetti would be fine as replacement for fish casserole and stir fried noodles on different days

The location is decent as there are a few convenience stores nearby, near to the underground passageway and the room is clean and the staff is friendly. The kettle is pretty clean with no rust inside. The amenities (comb, cotton buds, tooth brush and tooth paste) can be obtained at the reception. There are 24hrs reception service where you can ask for help anytime.

It took me a few days to realise there is no cold air from the air conditioning but warm air during winter. To some it is very comfortable but I preferred cold air for my sleep. Nevertheless, windows can be opened to cool the room down. There is a mini fridge where it is able to fit in a 1.5L bottle however, there is no freezer to place my Ice Cream! :( The size of the bed for 2 average sized (169cm) asian adults is relatively smaller than expected. The number of hangers available are limited especially for a couple in winter where you need to hang the jackets and multiple layers of clothing. Suggest to install a long bar and provide more hangers for hanging clothes.

Location. Near Odori Park. Small hotel, most ppl may be just staying a couple of days. Thus 2 washing machine/ dryer is usually available.

1) Step in and out of shower seems higher than other hotels. 2) Was notified no extra pillow. But didn’t expect the one given pillow is flat and small! Thankfully could sleep all nites as it was always a flat out day. Guess it wouldn’t hurt if the pillow is bigger or just 1 more pillow. 3) no handle to step into bath tub. Which is rather common in Japan hotel? That could difficult for seniors.

Clean, comfortable beds. Nice location, with a Starbucks nearby and multiple convenience stores around. Very close to Sapporo Ekimae Underground exits 5 and 7.

Twin room was a little cramped, very little space to move around between the 2 beds. My friend used the coin laundry at the lobby and it usually took more than 2hrs to complete a wash/dry cycle, and she said it didn't smell nice probably because the machines needed cleaning already. I realized on our last night that the cleaners haven't been refilling the shampoo, conditioner, handwash, and body wash in the bathroom even if we had our room cleaned every day. They probably would have if we asked but we didn't bother because we could make it last the next morning when we checked out. Overall the hotel was nice but on the expensive side considering we didn't even have free breakfast for our stay.

- Location. Very convenient to all the places, including Odori Park and Susukino for the snow festival, Nijo market and Sapporo Station. There are also several convenient stores near by to choose from. - Friendly Staff. We arrived early and was able to leave our luggage with the staff while we wander around the city. They did all the check-in procedure when we arrived, so when we returned, all the paperwork were done and we got our room keys right away. Very efficient.

- Price. We paid about 30,000 yen a night for 2 people, which is fairly pricy. However, it's kind of justified as it is the local high season. - Room Size. It's quite small. If you are travelling with 1 big suit case each with 1 carry on suitcase, you will have to play Tetris in your room to try to open the suitcase one at a time.

Hotel is centrally located and few minutes away from the main station. Very accessible to the underground metro. Hotel provides free facial cleanser, cream, oil, etc. which adds value for us, we love it. Reception staff are very helpful though we communicate through google translate so time consuming.

Hotel doesnt have option for day tours and its a hassle to book online since there is huge communication issue. We end up roaming around Sapporo only where there is no much attractions. Breakfast serves Japanese meal however it is the same everyday. So, if you stay for more than 2 days, you won't enjoy it anymore.

It was clean. Every day they were providing new towels shoes etc.

Policy of the hotel is that the rooms must be cleaned at least every second day and they were changing the towels everyday. It was waste of water and resources. The size of the room was also small. No cupboard or anything to keep the clothes for a longer stay .

The location was great for visiting the snow festival—only 10 minutes’ walk from Sapporo station and only a few minutes’ walk from the Odori Park snow festival site. The room was comfortable enough.

The room was very small—we had medium-sized luggage and opened them in the hallway but it was very tight. The bed was also very small. The room got too hot and we couldn’t change the temperature because it was set to heater only. We opened the window and that cooled the room down effectively but meant that we could hear the noises outside more clearly (such as the snow plough at 4am).

Approximately 10 minutes by walk from Sapporo Station. Not easy to find at the beggining. Very basic, you have everything what you need. All amenites like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, slippers, nightgown, tea, coffe. It is hard to comunicate with receptionists, but they use translator then it goes somehow.

Asking white europeans if they can speak japanese is ridiculous and unprofessional. Rooms could be cleaner.

We stayed at this hotel as a family of 4 including two babies. We chose this hotel because the hotel does not charge any fees for children that are less than 6 years old. JPY 14,580 may not be particularly cheap for a 18-square-meter twin room in early December in Sapporo, but we felt it was still worth it considering that babies get to stay and eat for free (when you pay extra for breakfast for adults) with adults, and that the hotel was accessible from the underground walking space (1 minute after taking the exit 7). Here's a few additional thoughts which may be helpful: Breakfast - buffet style breakfast provided by a chain Italian restaurant. Nothing too special for the Japanese standard, but I believe that you would still be satisfied if you are not picky. Staff - we spoke Japanese during the stay. So, we did not really have the chance to test their language skills. Air purifier - may be brought to your room and used for free upon request. Sofa - there was a small sofa which can be seen in the pictures of the room. This was perfect as a bed for our 3 months old baby.

Nothing really. Please do not buy everything that Japanese users write bad about hotels in Japan in general. They tend to expect the hotels to be absolutely perfect, and those who do not travel or stay in hotels often easily give bad ratings for the factors that cannot really be controlled by the hotels. For example, as of January 9, 2024, I see that this hotel has received negative feedback for: "noise at night", "room being hot", "disappointing breakfast", "parking lot was occupied", "the entrance was difficult to locate", etc.
