Very professional, Very kind, friendly Staff.

I forgot my phone when I rushed out to Doutor Cafe to have breakfast, and checked out the hotel without realizing I left my phone in my hotel room. Upon arriving at the Shin Chitose International airport, I realized that l left my phone in my room so I called the front desk. They know exactly how to deal with the situation where I was in. Thank you!!!!!!

The staff were extremely helpful and patient. They looked out for me. Excellent location near the sapporo station JR line and also 2 subway lines. Short walk to some great shopping and food places. Rooms are comfy and the temperature was nice. You can turn the heater off and crack the window if you prefer the cold.

Staff were super friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was a little small but good enough for just myself. Of course I wouldn't mind if it was a little more roomy. Breakfast was included, which was a sandwich and a drink from the breakfast store right next door. So you could take out and enjoy it in your room. As all hotels in Japan, cleanliness was A++. It was also as excellent location especially for the price. Literally less than 5 minutes walking distance from JR. Across the street was overnight bus stop which was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Personally I don’t have a breakfast, but the voucher is interesting, so I tried it. It’s pretty well. I can start my new day.

The checkout time is 10.00. I thought it is 11.00. The staff was very nice although I checked out late 15 minutes

Central location within 5-minute walk from train station. Spacious room. Professional staff. Breakfast at the cafe next-door a pleasant surprise.
