Very close to Sapporo station. Within walking distance along the subway. We stayed here 5 nights during the snow festival and used it as a base for day trips aa well Even though the rooms are small the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast is great!

I knew the rooms would be small so I actually booked a room each for my husband and myself. I think it would be too small for 2 people both with suitcases.

The location is great, near the Sapporo station. Room was clean and had everything you'd need. The staff was nice and welcoming.

While the room clean and had everything you would need for a short stay, the room was tiny. The front office is on the 6th floor and the elevator always stops on that floor, which was a bit annoying when going to and from my room on the 9th floor.

The hotel's location is ideal, a 5 minute walk from Sapporo Station. The price was very reasonable. The room was comfortable. The free wifi was useful.

Most of the channels on the tv seemed to be pay-per-view, without many free options as far as I could tell.

Well priced, about a 10 minute walk from the station, and it's right across from a 7/11 to grab some quick late night snacks while the other restaurants be closing by 10 mostly. Mostly used as a temporary stay on my way toward Niseko. Also had my own shower and toilet unlike some capsule hotels

Place is really small, barely enough space for my luggage to be placed anywhere besides right next to the door so it doesn't take up my walking space. Seems intent for mostly single travelers. All lights/electricity dependent on your key being left in the slot, so can't charge anything in the time while I'm out.

A nice hotel to stay at Sapporo. It's near the Hokkaidō Government Office and the Sapporo Clock Tower. A little confused when I checked in because the reception was at 6F and there was a restaurant in the same building. The staff are friendly and can speak English. The room is tidy and clean. They also have some extra facilities like washing machines, dryers, ... The breakfast is good.

Easy access! Just a couple blocks from Sapporo station, and then a quick walk to Odori park for the Snow Festival. They hang the amenities in a bag each day they don't do room service, so you always have stuff easily available.

The location was not too far from the station. A few blocks away. We booked two rooms. The triple room was great but the twin room was tiny but comfortable. It was snowing so even with the underground passageway it was wet. But I would recommend this hotel.

I wished it was closer to the station but everything else is great.

Its very near the Sapporo train station & Underground walkways. It is also accessible to tourist areas. Bed is comfy & place is quiet.

the front desk staff didn’t speak much English, but were very helpful despite the language barrier when I needed to call my airline using their hotel phone. We mostly figured things out over Google translate. Their English was sufficient for a fast check in though.

Very convenient to the train station, very close to shops and restaurants. Every thing worked well. Staff at reception were extremely helpful even though they did not speak English. Very good value for money. Room is very quiet, and comfortable.

Breakfast not value for money if you're a vegetarian. Very little space if you have a lot of luggage
