Great location with very easy access to Sapporo Station. Nice and friendly staffs. Room was clean.

Breakfast started at 7:00 am and was crowded every day. I stayed for eight nights and was able to use only four times. If you plan to leave for your destinations from Sapporo Station, before 8 am, please do not include breakfast in your reservation. You'd be better off just picking up your breakfast from nearby convenience stores.

There are only two set meals of western breakfast which is surprisingly good with refillable coffee or tea. Accommodation is a bit of walking distance but manageable and could use underground covered walkway about 3/4 to hotel. Near to Odori station where the Odori winter festival takes place. Very near to several convenience stores. A free access lounge on 2nd floor provides free coffee. Free usage of public bath on 2nd floor as well. Room size is pretty good & very clean & comfortable.

If possible have more different set of breakfast menu or let tenants top up to select others. Hopefully the check-in time could be flexible rather than have to wait till 3pm.

I want to thank the front desk staff; they were extremely helpful and patient in accommodating my request. Their English was perfect, so I could communicate with them easily. My case was a bit complicated: I booked a double room and a single room for different dates and different travelers. A week before our arrival, I sent an email to the hotel to specify the travelers, dates, and rooms allocations. The staff patiently reconfirmed all the details with me to ensure they understood my request. Upon my arrival, when I first mentioned my request, the front desk staff already had a note at the counter and knew who I was. Since a child was checking in on a later day, I asked if there was any chance they could arrange the two rooms on the same floor. Knowing that the hotel was very busy and that the two rooms weren’t checking in on the same date, I didn’t actually expect it to happen. However, when we checked into the second room, the hotel had specially arranged for it to be next to the first room! Also, there was a note at the counter, and different staff members already knew who we were! We felt lots of respect and caring from them :) Other than that, the beds of this hotel were the most comfortable out of the 4 hotels we have stayed at during our trip across Tokyo and Hokkaido! We could also choose the pillows at the lobby, so we slept very well. The public bath place is big enough and the lounge is very spacious and relaxing. I enjoyed the free coffee there too. Lastly, the location of the hotel is very convenient too that we could get around the city easily. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Sapporo next time!

The staffs are helpful. When I contacted them about Halal restaurants, they provided me with a list which I really appreciate. Every time I came down to the lobby or get back from my walk, they never missed to greet. The location is acceptable. It is near Sapporo station which is 10-15mins walk, nearby Halal restaurants such as Sapporo Ichiryuan. Had a good walk to the Odori Park which is 10mins walk. We even go to Nijo Market which is few metres away from the Sapporo TV tower. Room Quite small. Separate toilet and shower. Have a separate sink in the room. Have all the amenities you need. They even provide lotion in the lobby which you can take for free and the lotion is so good on my skin during the cold weather. They provide water bottles everyday which I really appreciate. Lounge Their lounge have laundromat, vending machine, microwave, coffee machine and onsen. The lounge also have a great view which I find relaxing.

Small room for 2 person. A bit difficult for us to do our prayers but we managed.

Very clean, and the check-in and checkout process was very easy. It’s easy to get to the underground subway that is about two blocks away. This was very helpful when it started snowing heavily outside. The laundry facility on the second floor is very easy to access, and the Hot spring on the second floor was also very nice. The included breakfast was somewhat underwhelming since it was a few pieces of toast, potato salad, and a pastry, but the staff was very nice.

They only gave one toothbrush during my stay, and so I ran out of toothpaste on the third day.

Location is really good, close to the station. Area was not too crowded in winter, maybe in summer staying a bit more to the south might make more sense. Staff was very efficient. Clear options for room service between no service, amenities replacement, and full service. Good shower. Plentiful bathroom amenities. Decent placements for light switches and power outlets.

Thin walls. Very hard and small bed (I’m not even tall). Room has one thin hard pillow and if you want more you supposedly can get them in a “pillow corner” in 1F but it’s filled up at 3pm each day and depleted really quickly, meaning you’re likely to have to sleep with the small bad pillow for a night. Only a single teabag in room. Bathroom sink was annoying to handle (always either too little or too much water pressure, either too hot or too cold water). Room is designed in a way that feels cramped, if you have a carry-on bag like me it’s ok, but if you have a big bag you will have no space to open it.

LOVED THIS PLACE! Great room - was actually really spacious. I really liked the desk in front of the window. Low key wanted to stay there to work all day!! Really loved the adjustable bed lights Onsen was great - there were a handful of people but otherwise great Staff were so wonderful - they helped me with a few queries. Also helped me to fill out a luggage delivery as well. Super appreciative. They also had a lounge area on Level 2! Super cool, a bunch of couches and books to read. Super comfy pillows! Super walkable! 10m from Odori park, 10m from Sapporo station. Lots of stuff nearby.

Breakfast wasn’t great - you get a voucher to Cafe De Crie next door. There’s 2 options only. If you want protein, don’t recommend. Go to a cafe somewhere else. Don’t get confused by the other JR INN a block away!

Great location. There are many things nearby to do, see and eat. It is a short walk to the subway or main JR station. The room was comfortable and clean. They access to the shower stall and toilet was flat, no step up to enter. The water pressure in the shower was the best I’ve ever had. The stall has a high ceiling so taller guest can use it comfortably. You can choose your preference of pillow when you check in. Also you only take those amenities you need so they aren’t wasting resources.

There is free coffee on the second floor but I would have preferred a coffee packet in the room. There was also only tea.

Perfect hotel for me travelling alone. Perfectly cituated just 3 minutes walk from Sapporo trainstation and metro. Superclean room with a lot of ameneties, kimono, toiletstuff, chargers for usb and usbc, and a well sized desk. Free storing of luggage in the reception before and after check out. Café for breakfast on groundfloor with window to the street, and busy everyday life. The lounge area was delightful, a very nice place to relax, and a public bath. I would stay here again.
