+ Very well priced hotel located just 6 minutes walk from the main JR Sapporo Station (although Google Maps sent us around to the back entrance!). Easy for a day trip to Otaru. Make sure you use the South Exit. + Decorated in a low key style which is a little daggy (unlike its sister hotel in Kyoto which is quite glamorous and elegant). But very comfortable. + The buffet breakfast range was excellent and included Hokkaido specialities such as soup curry (delicious) and a self-serve soft ice cream machine as well as seafood. + Good sized room and the bathroom included a bathtub.

- While close to the train station, it is a little far from the action (about 20 minute walk) where the majority of shops and restaurants are located e.g. Susukino.

Great location right at the center of Sapporo with a comfortable room and a decent price. The bathroom and the shower were especially nice. The view from the 10th floor to the Sapporo TV Tower was nice and all the main attractions of the city were easy to reach by subway or walking from the hotel. There is a public bath on the highest floor that the guests can use freely, which was also a great addition. The staff spoke decent English and were helpful when we checked in. Highly recommended!

There were two separate beds rather than a single king size bed, which would have been nicer as I stayed with my partner. We were also not able to screen share our phone to the TV, but that might have been our own fault.

All the staff were super helpful from the minute we entered the hotel. They also called to book dinner reservations for us! The location was perfect to be able to walk to the station, the park and many restaurants. The Meet Lounge was very nice to hang out in and have a snack or a drink after returning from sightseeing. The room was large enough to open two suitcases and comfortable with a great view of the Sapporo TV Tower.

One small thing. The room cleaning choices were: No cleaning, Full cleaning, or Change towels and empty the garbage. If you choose Change towels and garbage, they didn't replace coffee/tea supplies, so need to ask later.

We booked a room for family of 3 with lounge access. That worked out well for us as after dinner, we chilled at lounge for snacks and drinks. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out processes are easy. Room was clean, spacious and excellent housekeeping service. Location is within walks to many convenience stores.

Parking was closed during our stay, we had to park across the block for a day before returning car. Public Bath amenities could be better, currently only basic with Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash.

The location was excellent...6 minute walk from Sapporo Station and all the shopping that the area offers. Room was super quiet....never heard a noise in our 9 day stay. Room was quite spacious and had separate closet for toilet. Plenty of hot water with good water pressure.

Breakfast was 100% set up for the Japanese guest and not much to offer for westerners. Coffee was served in glass pots on hot plates and luke warm at best. We booked the Cross hotel here based on our wonderful experience at the Cross Hotel in Kyoto the previous year....this property a big step down for breakfast and overall service. Reception area is located in a corner of the second floor with no tour desk apparent. The club offering that we paid for in our high floor room as again geared to Japanese with a few snacks offered.....expected much more.

The location was perfect - right near the train station in the heart of town. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good and the onsen was lovely late at night.

The problem is with the architect who thought windows should be up behind the bed so you can't sit anywhere in the room and look at the view, and with the interior designer who decided the room would look more stylish if it didn’t contain a desk or any kind of work space. Do these people ever actually spend the night in the rooms they create.

The 336 sf room was comfortable for the two of us to move freely. The extra large king size bed was unexpected and made sleeping more luxurious. The double sinks in the bathroom with separate shower/bath and toilet was especially welcomed making our morning routines convenient and efficient. The morning breakfast buffet had a generous variety of delicious choices and their miso baked king salmon was absolutely wonderful. The room was quiet, elevators prompt, and the proximity to shopping, restaurants, and Sapporo train station added even more value.

There is nothing that comes to mind.

Good location, short taxi ride to station. Central for our hire car drop off too. Helpful staff, good size room, comfy bed, excellent tasty variety at breakfast. We took advantage of the 'pay a single fee and have unlimited drinks and tasters of Hokkaido food', thus we had an enjoyable and relaxing evening in the cool moody bar with a view. Wish we could have stayed longer. Hotel has a trendy cool boutique vibe.

Aaaargh! Check In on a machine! I hate these things! SO impersonal....not a real welcome to a hotel. I get that they are useful when it's super busy, but the very sweet person wanted us to use the machine and not the empty reception desk!

Location is PERFECT. Just a few minutes walk to Odori park, about 10 mins to Tanukikoji. Hotel itself is on a quiet side street so it's nice and quiet even though it's so Claire to everything. Room was spotless and staff were exceptionally attentive and professional. Very good breakfast buffet too. Spring for the lounge access! The free drinks and snacks are lovely to start an evening out! Bonus: There's a fantastic ice cream parlor across the street AND a really lovely little wine bar less than a block away 😁.

No notes. This place is great!

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from Station and Bus Departure points and TV Tower (Odori Park). Super variety of Western and Japanese Breakfast choices. Modern boutique type design rooms with adequate facilities. Check-out facilities very easy and quick.

Room sizes vary so can be difficult to know what is being sold when choosing rooms (found out by booking extra night). Check-in technology not easy to use for non-Japanese travellers.
