The location and proximity to Sapporo station is a huge plus. It is easy to get to especially when you have to lug your luggage through the snow. Also, the 3 konbinis, Family Mart, Lawsons & 7-11 is a stone's throw away making it very convenient when we needed to get a quick bite for breakfast or a late night snack. The staff of the hotel was super helpful. We had encountered an issue (our own fault) and a lovely hotel receptionist helped to resolved the issue which was hugely appreciated.

The lift lobby on the room level were a little too warm for my liking.

Great location, right above the Sapporo station with 3 different convenience store within the block. Close to shopping mall. The lobby had some extra amenities like bath powder which was fantastic after a cold day being out. At check in the also gave us kids amenities bag with slippers, kids tooth brush and a cute ducky sponge. Excellent breakfast selection with a mix of Japanese and Western foods. We ate the hotel breakfast 3 days straight and each day had different items (in addition to the staples). Love the soft serve ice cream machine, although it's not breakfast food but my kids aren't complaining lol. Love the free coffee machine in the lobby as well. They offer one glass of wine per person per stay but we didn't take advantage.

The bed were a bit too soft and room was very small. We booked the 3 twin bed room (for 2A 2C (4&6yo) and basically the entire room were the beds..no room to lay down our luggage. No table and chair in the room for eating. No counter space in the bathroom. I guess for the price, I can't complaint but staying for 5 days like that felt cramped and I was ready for something nicer.

The breakfast buffet here was the best we had in our four weeks (& seven hotels) in Japan! I recall we stayed in Forza Hotel in Kanazawa in 2023, & the breakfast there was also amazing. Whoever's in charge of breakfast catering at this chain of hotels has got it spot on!! Great location & easy walking distance to JR station & all the sights.

The room was very small, with only a tiny side window. It felt claustrophobic. If we ever went back, I'd upgrade to a larger room with a decent sized window.

Breakfast . If u go to dine 1 hour before their closing time, basically no much food option left n staff won’t refill them anymore.

The hotel is on good location. It is close to subway, attraction and shopping mall. The breakfast is so delicious.

I don't like the pillow. It is not confortable. It give me stiff neck.

Really like the coffee served from the coffee machine! There is one complimentary wine per person (was it per night?) too. The staff was helpful. We found out that our scheduled bus to another city was cancelled due to snow, and the receptionist helped us to call the bus company to find out whether all buses would be cancelled that day. We eventually took the alternative option which is the train. The receptionist did not speak good English, but tried her best to help us through Google translate.

One small thing to improve. There were many people waiting to be checked in at the "opening" of the checkin time. Everyone was sitting at the lobby and nobody was queueing. It seemed like the receptionists gave out number card to the people some 15 minutes before the checkin time, but not according to the arrival time (which i understand is difficult for the receptionist to trace).

The location was close to Sapporo station, making it easy to access subway and JR. There is also bus stop near hotel to go to Otaru. Complimentary hot drinks at lobby was good, especially latte, chocolate and mocha. Kids amenities were provided. Hotel also allowed umbrella to be borrowed for free.

Mineral water was not provided if we requested for trash to be taken out from room. It was only replenished if we request for room to be made.

1. Location. Just a stone's throw away from Sapporo station and easy access to places to eat -- from konbinis to a department store (Tokyu Hands), and restaurants... 2. Ease in check in and check out. 3. The hotel is clean. Our room and its amenities were decent. 4. Hotel breakfast is optional. We tried it, and the food selection was good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Very nice and friendly front desk staff. Nice location- near department stores and convenient stores. Unlimited coffee.

We got an L shaped room. It made the room smaller and tighter than a normal square room. The breakfast on that Wednesday morning was underwhelming as compared to the pictures. The toilet area didn't have a space to hang clothes.

Location is exceptional. You can find it right next to Kani Honke and it links to the subway, JR Sapporo via an underground exit opp kani honke so you can avoid the snow and freezing weather. I liked the auto check in check out via machine, very effective and also the free flow flow coffee machine on level 2. We paid for breakfast for one of the days and it was really yummy, they even had soup curry and ramen! Hotel facilities were new, beds were comfy and they gave two puffy pillows per bed!

The rooms were small so beware about your big luggage. The rooms were clean enough however when we were looking for things on the floor and looked under the bed, lo and behold! It was totally not cleaned in prob ages so would recommend you to keep your stuff off the floor ;)
