Location - near the underground walkway. Near the JR station and subway. Plenty of nearby reataurants and convenient stores. The hotel and rooms are clean. Cleaning and daily towel exchange is available eithout additional charge. Wifi connection is good. Friendly, polite and accommodating staff. Wide range of amenities available. A good range of breakfast selection and can be exchanged to a dinner voucher. The food is tasty and delicious.

Our bed is quite small to fit 2 adults and a child (11 yrs old.) It's not comfortable to sleep sideways.

The location was good far from Sapporo Station by walking not over 10minutes at Sapporo station underground walking street but the hotel is far from the Sapporo station exit 23(has an elevator) and 21(no elevator) only 3mins. I love the room floor plan, they have a partition to separate the entrance(when you open the door, on your left hand it will be the part to keeping the schooler, shoes and the closet which you can keep your jackets and clothes, has an iron board. And on your right hand will be the restroom. Then there is the partition between entrance and bed room zone. You know if some hotels don’t have partition between bedroom and restroom, sometime smell from the restroom will be coming in our bedroom.

This hotel doesn’t have onsen

The staff is wonderful. We've stayed here before about 7 years ago and we were so impressed with the friendliness of the reception desks as well as the restaurant staff that we chose to come here again for 2 more separate visits. The laundromat is great with its one stop wash and dry and I love the food choices and in room drip coffee.

I wish the rooms were bigger and that they offered an onsen. But the price is great for what you get so I can't really complain.

Not happening this place. I prefer my stay at Susukino. Maybe this place better for business stay, rather than tourist. It's quite a walk to the main happening and shopping stretch.

Probably one of the better hotels we've stayed at in Sapporo. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious enough for two suitcases, really appreciated the extra pillows in the room, water pressure in the shower was good, location was very close to everything we needed. Breakfast was 10/10. Would definitely recommend and return.

The Property is in good location close to some tourist places and also close to subways. They have lots of rules to follow but they communicated it well and also everything is written in English. They all written the instructions in everything like how to use tub, tv and etc. We also like the freebies tea, coffee and toiletries available at the reception area. You can grab whatever you need before you go up to your room.

Great location, staff were lovely, good breakfast, comfy room. Nice touch with chocolates on arrival. Also the option to use breakfast vouchers for lunch or dinner....we had a dinner as headed off early in the morning. The complimentary toiletries and drinks in the lobby another lovely initiative. We walked everywhere and stations close by.

The double bed was a little small in size otherwise a very nice room.

Very good location, few minutes walk to subway station. There are few convenient stores nearby. Staffs are very polite and helpful. However, communication in English is very limited (but they still try). Breakfast is great not in variety but in quantity. Room is clean and beds are comfy

I'm not sure about how they clean the room as if I have not put the sign on the door they will come in and tidy up the bed but no coffee filling. However, when I put the sign on the door they will fill up coffee for me. the thing is I just want them to fill up coffee as I drink it everyday just that no need to clean the room. Anyway, heater seems too hot in the middle of the night which had to turned it off. But overall it is great place to stay. RECOMMENDED

Bed size was not king size as projected in booking.com site breakfast voucher was given but no explained to us it had kids voucher as well. We ended up having 3 kids voucher at the end.

Room was small but it’s comfortable. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast at Hanabi restaurant in the lobby was very good with 6 choices of set menus!
