Small comfortable apartment. It had everything we needed, including a washing machine. It's a short walk from Sapporo station and has a convenience store across the road but no coffee shops or restaurants nearby. The beds were very comfortable.

The check-in process was difficult. I had received several long emails about check-in. They all started by talking about the pre-checkin, which I had already done and the parking, which I didn't need. The really important and detailed information about the actual check-in process was embedded in a link at the bottom of the long emails, this I had completely missed, until we arrived and couldn't work out how to check-in. What would have been useful would be a very short message which just gives the actual check-in details. Also Google Maps took us to the wrong building. The check-in details, when we eventually found them, did have a picture of the actual building, which is a couple of doors down.

Very near to the Sapporo Station with about 7 minutes walk, nearby have FamilyMart and 7-Eleven convenient stores. Short walk about 8 minutes to nijo seafood market. The room is good and facilities are enough. Owner is very kind to wait for our late arrival on the video call to provide us the pin code to access the room.

The photo about the room is very limited and some are unrelevant. Should have exact photo of the room and also prefer to have the floor map. Overall is good except the cold air was coming in from the exhaust fan and the heater need to manually turn off the ECO mode in order to make the room warm for the whole night during winter season.

We stayed at 803. Spacious, quiet and well equipped. The staff is quite fast in response and the check-in is considered smooth. The apartment is not too far away from the sapporo station, should be within 5-10 min walk, there are also convenience stores nearby and car rental store. The kitchen is well equipped so we had cooked a few dinners. Overall, not bad. Note: there is no free parking for this uint, you have to pay parking around c.1300yen to 1600yen. And note there is also CCTV at the entrance, this is to ensure the booking matches the amount of people checking-in.

One of the sofa is old (it is also a sofa bed), there are stains on top. I put on a towel before sitting on it however, i still got some rashes. Suggest to either change it or it needs a thorough cleaning.....

The location was great because it is just a walking distance to the train station. The staff was helpful despite the self check-in and self check-out system. The room clean and faciities as advertised.

The sofa bed was too short for a person who is 5 feet 7 inches tall.

The bed and pillows can be more comfortable. Pillows are too thin for me.

Very dated apartment If stay more than 2 people and need to use the sofa bed then the coffee table is too extra, makes it very tight to move around cos there is 2 big bean bag.
