The room I stayed must have been originally a twin room. But it was made into a single room. So there are a big desk and sofa along with a bed. The room was specious, and I could use the table for work and other things. There are many convenience stores near the hotel, so you don't feel any inconvenience. Not to mention the closeness to the main train station and subway station. Furthermore, the front desk people were very nice to let me use their phone to make calls since I could not use my cell phone. For the first time in this hotel I had a breakfast. It was very good.

It is nice to have a telephone in each room , or at least a phone booth on the first floor because some customers may not be able to use their phones right away.

This hotel is a modern take on a Japanese Business Hotel. Check-in is self-service with a machine, however there are hotel staff available to help with the process. The room is quite small, however there is a large table and a small couch in the room. The table has plenty of space to use a laptop rather than a small cramped desk as is usual in Japanese business hotels. There are plenty of electrical sockets and some USB charging sockets in the room. The sockets are all American style flat 2-pin sockets. There is a lounge area with free coffee available in the afternoon and evening.

The room is quite small, it would be very cramped for 2 people with a lot of luggage. The air conditioner had a heating function but there were no English instructions so it was difficult to work out how to use the heating.

1 min walk from JR Sapporo exit. Daimaru, Stellar Place and T38 Observatory are part of the JR Tower sitting on JR Sapporo station. Breakfast buffet was good but 1980 yen per pax.

There are 3 coin laundry machines but it comes with a number lock. If the laundry is done but the person is not there, the next person can't use it.

Location is near Sapporo Station which is really good for me since I'm not keen on walking far like other stations in Odori or Susukino after my snowboarding session previously in Furano. Accessibility to convenience store is directly across the road or just 1 min walk out of the hotel on the left. Room is spacious for me and bath is also ok. I personally feel this is better than the Washington Hotel at Asahikawa that I stayed over 7 - 8 years ago with my mom.

Could I have more hangers please. Winter wear requires me to hang my outer jacket, my top piece and my inner layer. I feel like the hangers would be better than hooks.

The hotel location is great and near to Sapporo station. It's surrounded by konbini like 7-11 and Lawson. They have a lounge for you to use and the service was good and friendly. Generally the place is very nice and clean.

The room was too small for my liking and the shower and sink tap was pretty awkward as it shares the same knob.

Convenience, very close to train station, in fact , too close and you can see and hear the train. Close to attractions and eateries. If the 2 floor could open to customers who do not have breakfast will be better. Coffee and tea available only after 3 pm does not too helpful.

The location of this hotel is excellent with just a brief 5-minute walk from Sapporo station. There are quite a few shopping malls and restaurants near the hotel. The hotel breakfast was delightful. There were numerous USB ports available for charging my devices in the hotel room which was very useful.

Close to Sapporo JR station. A good location with 2 convenient stores nearby. This will be my choice of hotel whenever I come to Sapporo.

I got a single room with window but facing a wall. I don't get any light coming through the window. The previous stayed we had a double room and facing the street so we had a good view. Other than this, Everything is good.

I found the price of the breakfast too high, so just grabbed food from nearby shops.

2-3 convenience stores nearby, ideal room size (17 cm² is fine for two 28" luggages opened), friendly and warm front desk service.We would love to choose Washington Hotel again for the next Sapporo trip!
