Room is spacious by japanese standards, we were upgraded to a twin bed room. We can open 2 clamshell luggages! Everyday the room was cleaned, towels replaced. Luggage can be left at the lobby if flight is later the same day. Amenities like shampoo , soaps, tooth brush, skin care, combs, body scrubs and pajamas were provided. There is a water kettle, mugs and glasses and a small ref for use. Location is just steps away from north exit of JR sapporo station so no need to transfer trains upon arrival.

None.. the location may be a bit away from mainstream Odori and Susukino. But there is an underground walkway that makes it walking easy

Breakfast. We tried only on the first day and never went back. The Japanese food is quite salty. The frontdesk staff do not have good command of English for quality communication with guests. They also know little about things related to guest's wishes. We went down at 9 pm to ask for advice on a reservation of a van to pick us up in the morning and the price. They just said our request was too late as the van rental office are closed because it was not business hour. They should have suggested us to find online van rental service operating 24 hr. Finally, we had to help ourselves with app "nearme.jp" service.

Excellent location - close to the train station, shopping, Odori Park, and restaurants. The room was a bit small but comfortable. The ENTIRE hotel staff was very attentive, helpful, responsive, and efficient. The breakfast buffet offered a nice selection of Japanese and some Western foods. We appreciated the small daily changes to the buffet line offerings.

The room was a bit smaller than i expected but we made it work for us. The convenience and outstanding service outweighed this momentary disappointment.

Beds were comfortable and we were able to get a room either three beds for our family of five. Location a few minutes walk from Sapporo station was very helpful with luggage and across the street from Lawson a bonus. Be advised if you are going for the ice festival it’s kind of walking distance but not really. We took trains one stop to each location and a taxi back. Sapporo station was also much larger and busy than I imagined. So plan time to get around. Staff was very kind. Facilities were well loved as this is clearly a tourist hub with lots of wear.

Breakfast was a nice option to have but very expensive for what it was. And given snow festival timing was too crowded to be enjoyable.

The hotel is very close to Sapporo Station and the rooms were clean. We had 2 rooms for our family and they accommodated us on the same floor. Due to our separate bookings we ended up trying 3 different type of rooms and they all different in sizes. Multiple beds were more spacious than a room with a one bed, so I suggest booking that one instead - you will be more comfortable.

If you are counting on a washer and dryer in this hotel, be aware: the washing machines were always busy and we didn’t see a way in a manual to check on them remotely. We had to stand in physical line at first for the washer and then for the dryers (probably the full process of washing and drying took us 4+ hours for 1 load which made for a very long sleepless night). They are using electric dryers, so be aware that drying takes about 2 hours, and there are people waiting for you to be done, so you have to take your clothes out on time and then hang out there to wait for the dryer.

Located a few blocks from Sapporo station and the subway so it's very convenient if you're arriving by airport express or JR train. Staff was super helpful, going over and beyond. I was at a high floor so it's pretty quiet. I know there's coin laundry on site but I didn't use it. You can leave your luggage with reception in case you arrive before the check in time.

something with the wifi but I also had my own pocket wifi so it wasn't too much of a problem. toilet water attachment thing might not be working properly in my bathroom.

Hotel is located just a few minutes away from Sapporo station, which makes traveling around Sapporo by train very convenient. Very grateful for the housekeepers who gave us fresh towels every time we did not need the room to be cleaned.

The central heating in the room was somewhat too warm, had to open the window for cold air most of the time to avoid perspiring. But overall, a great stay at the hotel!

Location is just 5 mins walk to Sapporo station, making it a great base for us as we go for day trips with trains a lot. The station is also connected to malls and department stores so its so easy to find food and shopping options. There's also an entry to the underground passage to connect you all the way to Susukino. Room is spacious enough for 2 adults.

- I can hear the noise from people in the hallway very loudly (felt like they are right in front of my door). - bidet is tricky and need a few tries for it to actually spray water

the reception team on duty -is usually very helpful. One of them by the name "Tang" not sure of correct spelling--who came out from her office to help when her colleague unable -she spoke good English and was exceptionally patient and thorough in helping us with problem of getting to our next sight-seeing place in Rusutzu Ski and Convention Hotel. We were pleasantly able to arrange for free transfer from Sopporo Station! Very impressed and appreciate of such efficient and thorough help and service. She is a great asset to this hotel! The nearest underpass exit is "9" to avoid most of the snow. - Sapporo Station has Stellar Place, Daimaru, Apic, and Tokyu for very good restaurants and shopping. - Room space is sufficient for my family of 4 with a medium luggage. - 3 x single beds + 1 x add on bed for 4 persons. - Clean toilet and bathroom. - Lawson, MOS Burger and restaurant just opposite the road and next to the hotel.
