Doors can be opened so when I smoke I feel good plus I can look out at the balcony and feel the wind and delicious free breakfast very healthy

It would be nice if they have electric fans cause I always sleep with fans on at home but I love everything about the hotel

The location. Distance walk to Sapporo station. The housekeeper kept my forgotten clothes that I left in the toilet till I returned to the hotel a week later for collection.

The check-in staff. They were a little too rigid. Check-in time is 3pm and I was done with check in formalities at 2:50pm and they didn’t allow us to go to our room.

The usual and reliable Toyoko Inn satisfying experience. A few days after we left, we realised we had accidentally left a small bag in the lobby/dining area... we emailed them about it, and sure enough, they had found it and were keeping it for us until our return 3 weeks later. Excellent.

The location is great as it is near from Sapporo station. The breakfast was great, it was indeed a buffet and delicious! The receptionists and staff are accommodating and courteous. The hotel also allowed us to left our luggages in the reception area even after our check-out. The facilities are clean.

Brewed coffee in the reception area is only until 10pm. Also would be better comfortable if there were additional pillows in the room.

They serve breakfast for guests and I appreciate that they ask their guests first if they would like to avail the breakfast in order to avoid food wastage. I was not able to have breakfast since I had an early flight. I liked the location. It's about a 4-5 mins walk from Sapporo Station and it is in front of Hokkaido Museum which is open to the public. I went there during the winter season and it's nice to take a stroll and have fun in the snow.

Staff was nice, we liked the simple breakfast. Hotel located near the center so it’s possible to explore Sapporo by walking.

Theres a bit of walking distance from Sapporo station so be mindful if you carry big luggages. Room was small, bed was a bit hard.

Close to Sapporo Station and Hokkaido University

It seems to be one of the older properties in the chain and has quite a high step up and down into the bathroom (“unit bath”). With my arthritic knees, this as a problem. (Newer Toyoko Inns don’t have this.

Good luggage storage service, 8 mins walk from the Sapporo station. They also provide pajamas. Room is not very big but enough for two people. Quite.

location was very convenient - however Sapporo is quite small so most accomodations will be in similar location. Was close to everywhere I wanted to eat at.

Breakfast was not bad! Liked that we could have free breakfast at the hotel before going out. Great location near the station. Food places nearby. Great value for the price.
