Perfect location across the street from Sapporo Station, good variety at breakfast, laundry room and hot tub, multiple room cleaning options for those who want cleaning every day vs. those (like me) who prefer not to be disturbed when resting in the mornings. Everything is run very efficiently. Also, the front staff were immediately helpful with an issue with my toilet, and solved the problem quickly.

The only minor thing that bothered me was that there is a timed ticket system for the breakfast room. I see the need during weekends when it gets crowded, but during weekdays it was never crowded so I don't think the timed tickets are necessary then. Other Japanese hotels implement this kind of system during buy seasons, but having to plan for when to eat added some stress to my mornings.

location: had to choose this hotel because since we went on winter, need to lessen amount of walking outside, and this hotel did not disappoint. just need to cross the street for train station it was hassle free for our luggages. theres a convenience store in the corner as well for our easy fix for food anytime. breakfast: superb!! lot of selections, plus they change some of the viands everyday for variation for long staying guests like us. no english translation though for its label, had to guess. this might be a huge disadvantage for people with allergies amenities: love the public bath so much, didnt know we'd enjoy it to a point we use it every night after long tiring day and on a winter season. theres also a coffee counter available right at the lobby, and theres also free drinks upon check in. theres also a laundry area its located inside the public bath room: small but usual size of hotels in japan, very functional

location: not much to see nearby, only store within site is electronics store. to get to the mall though only 5-10 mins walk through the main station. hotel is located in the north side, busy area is usually down south nothing else, whole stay was excellent!

The breakfast is good for the price we paid, the location is just behind the Sapporo Station which is very convenient for our travel in Hokkaido. Especially during winter time, there is no need to travel for a long distance when we returned to Sapporo station from our trip. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for good location near Sapporo station, this is where most of your trip will start.

The room is a bit small. We cannot find space to open two luggage if required. So this is only the bad point about the hotel. As I am travelling with my family, this may be a big consideration for family going out.

the location is right in front of Sapporo station north exit, take exit 6 so indeed convenient to find esp if you arrived with Shinkansen during bitter cold weather however honestly, i'd stay around susukino if i'd be back here location is great for a hub but not central for the city attraction theres public bath as hotel facility which is superb!

Tiny room, which is expected in Japan n also room for 1. Enjoyed the breakfast selection even if it was mostly the same for the 2 days. Wasn't sure if the hotel was attached to the station. I needed to cross the road from station to hotel (north n west exit). Good location with easy access to convenience shop n 10 15 min walk to Odori Park

Convenience and just across the road from Sapporo station to hotel. i love it very much. Near family mart, close to a lot of restaurants. Good choice for stay here.

It was a superb buffet breakfast, with Hokkaido specialities, The location of the hotel was just across the street from JR station and the bus stop where all the buses pick up and drop passengers

Super convenient for the station - just exit the north gate and it's on your left. All staff were charming. The spa bath in the basement is brilliant. Lots of options at breakfast..

The staff could have better English . There were no strong English speakers to ask questions of.
