I think everything is nice except for the receptionist on 2.12 night. He looks unhappy.🤣But on the whole,he is doing a great job!

indian men staff was not good at service mind 👎🏻 he act like dont want to help us explain information of hotel we ask for ….. but other thing was good

Very close to sapporo station

Massage chair didn't work at first (had to plug into a different PowerPoint across the room)

It was fairly comfortable and decent size for the price

The bathroom was really gross, the tub and sink had black residue and the tub drain would cause a panel in the floor to flood the bathroom

Hotel was in walking distance to the train station, with access to subway and bus networks. Plenty to restaurants and minimarts nearby.

Hotel in,total was dirty, A/C not working properly. Some armatures in bathroom were broken.

Booking for 2person but always provide 1set toiletry kit. After daily housekeeping, only 1 pillow let😓

Air conditioner It takes 1day to make my room enough warm. First night let me feel cold.

It was clean and close to the station, which was all I was really looking for for a one night stopover. It did the job, so long as you're not expecting anything more than that.

I'm not a fan of cheap memory foam mattresses - not the most comfortable nights' sleep. Proximity to the station also means proximity to train noise. Midnight to 5am was quiet though.

The only aspect of this hotel I was happy with was it's proximity to public transport.

The carpets were grimy, there was dust and grime on many flat surfaces. I will not say that the sheets and pillow cases were dirty but they were grey rather than white. I have never stayed in a hotel in Japan where the bedding was anything but white clean. I also note that the property is not the building shown on the Bookings.Com thumbnail.
